Q: - In a lot of reviews, I heard that your tour is very chinese centric - which means most of the travellers are chinese and that the tour guide is chinese as well..which means that he/she talk less in english making the experience bad for the non chinese travellers - is that true? - I am planning to join the tour on 13th of September, can you please let me know the exact names of the hotels that we will be staying in? - we are 5 of us traveling together for the 5 day east coast tour depating from Washington...can u please tell me which sort of accomodation will give us the cheapest tour price? - what if I want to extend my stay in New York? 1. Our tours are bilingual in English and Chinese. If there are travelers and tour guide speak Mandarin and Cantonese, the tour guide will speak in both Chinese dialects as well as English while on tour. Although it may seem as if the tour guide will speak more Chinese, it is where they are speaking an additional dialect for the customers. We do have a popularity with Chinese speaking customers traveling on the tours and therefore the tour guide will take care of customers as needed.
2. Exact hotel accommodation information will be confirmed 1-2 days before tour departure date.
3. 1 Double room and 1 Triple room
4. You are welcome to do so. Please visit our hotel partner for hotel accommodation you can book separately on your own.

You can self depart from the tour on Day 5 in Chinatown before the tour returns to Washington D.C. Should you do so, you will need to arrange for your own transportation from New York back to Washington D.C.

You are welcome to bring CAD with you for this trip. The stores will accept USD and CAD and if not, the tour guide will be able to assist you with CAD currency if you should not have it available with you. Please note that the currency exchange rate offered to you on tour may be a bit on the high end, as they are providing a convenience or service for you by accepting USD or having CAD on hand for you. For currency exchanges, there is always a fee whether you go to a bank to pre-purchase CAD for cash on hand or if you use your credit card at stores.

Follow all directions as listed and note to have your friends information (names and e-mail addresses) on hand in order to submit it online. You will be asked to pay for your portion of the reservation or the entire amount. Be sure to pay for your portion and complete the remaining steps online. The online booking system will proceed to send your friends request for payment for their portions of the reservation.

Q: Hi, we are taking this tour, and we arrive at NY either at 5-21 pm or at 1-49 am the previous day. (we havent choose yet) If we arrive 5-21 pm and we dont need aiport transfer, can we contact the tour guide somehow and make a reservation for a NY night tour? Or it's better for us to choose 1-49am arrival, cz there are better chances for us to get to a night tour? 1. We do NOT allow customers to use the CITY PASS to join the New York City sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. If you do purchase and bring a CITY PASS, the local agency will not supply the transportation service in New York on the New York City sightseeing day. Please arrange your own transportation on that day.
You will have time to enjoy the attractions. It depends on tour guide’s arrangements and all visitors’ speed.
