Hi, We're planning to join this tour on this Sep 10, but we still have some questions. Please help! 1) If we arrive at JFK airport at 8-9am on Sep 10, what time your bus will pick us up? Will we be taken to the hotel and check in right away? 2) Will the tour guide speaks English throughout the trip? 3) If we book 1 room for 4 people, how many beds will be in the room and what is the bed size? 1. The tour bus will pick you up 9am. You will be taken to the hotel for check in.

2. This tour will be conducted bilingually in English and Chinese.

3. 2 Full or Queen sized beds, depending on hotel.

hi, we are a family of 4 people.we are looking for a tour starting on the 24th august 2011 but cant decide between tours 46-152, 46-147, 46-2966 and 23-625. ?s there availability in these tours for us at that date? apart from the lenght of the tour and the hotel quality, what is the main difference among these tours? where abouts is the hotel in NYC in this deluxe tour, in New Jersey or in NYC? how far do we ride on the bus from NY to Philadelphia and to DC? thank you.

The main differences between the tours aside from the lenghts of the tour and the hotel quality is the locations / highlights covered by the tours and the length of time each tour spends at the different hightlight locations. The hotels booked for the tours will generally be located near the EWR NJ airport for the stays in the NYC area. The drive time from NYC to Philadelphia is about 2 and a half hours, and another 2 hours to get to DC from Philadelphia.

Hi, we are 7 students older than 23 years. How can we make the reservation for 2days from NY do W-DC? Start date is 09/26/11. What does it mean for us - buy 2 get 1 free? what is the total price for us? Is necessary to order food or can we have ourself? and what about luggage? Thank you for answer. But we have 6 baggage about size 72x46x25. Is it possible please? Because we are going to fly to New York only because of this tour. We will not have any accommodation in New York, we dont need it. We are J1 students. Thank you for your understanding! Petra D.

Hi Petra Dolezalova:

Yes. You can make a reservation on 26^th September. Buy 2 get one free means the third guest joins the tour for free (except applicable admission fee) on share room basis. You can simply select from our Easy Book, the price will be automatic calculated out. Please check the "How did we get this total" link under the "Total Amount". Each passenger is allowed one small carry on and one medium sized luggage to be stored in the luggage compartment on the bus.

You can purchase meals as recommended by the tour guide or what you prefer to order on tour. You are also welcome to bring food on tour as well.

Hi its me again! Would it be possible to get off the bus at noontime to get to the Alcatraz tour on the 2nd day? I still would want to join the tour in the morning. I am aware that Alcatraz tour is not included in this tour. When do I get to know the exact hotel, and i can i call the tour guide ahead of time to arrange this?

Hi Tess:

You need to talk with your tour guide on the day of the tour to check if there is enough time for you to visit Alcatraz. The rest of the tour group will be traveling to different locations on the bus and we will not be able to offer you a special drop off or pick up as it may delay the tour.

There are no early arrangements we can make for your side excursion.

90% of the time, the hotel used will be Crown Plaza Union City or another hotel in Fremont. The distance from the hotel to San Francisco's wharf region will take around 30-45 minutes.

I really wanna go to Alcatraz tour in the free afternoon time. How is this possible? And if ok, where can I purchase ticket? Are we staying in only one hotel in the first and second night? I need to know which hotel so i can arrange the transport if I am coming from the Alcatraz tour. Thanks and more power to you guys.

Hi Tess:

This tour does not offer an alternative Alcatraz visit. Please note: Most Alcatraz tickets have already been sold out for the month of august (up to around 08/22).

You can ask the tour guide if an Alcatraz visit is possible on your tour, however; the Alcatraz visit may not be possible and you will have to opt out on the day of your San Francisco tour and find your own tickets and transfers to and from the Alcatraz location and the hotel. The tour will carry on its scheduled itinerary for all other travelers.

This tour offers two hotel stays in the Union city / Fremont region.

We do not recommend that you park in these locations. We do not own the parking lots that are near the pick up locations.

We suggest that you arrange for a drop off to this location by a friend/family member
