Usually July and August are the best time to travel in Yellowstone, and actually we suggest you take a coat along with you as the climate in the Park is cooler than the one outside. We recommend that you check for weather updates at www.weather.com. Walking may be a bit more extension for this tour, as there are many sights that require you to get off the bus and walk around in order to view them. How much walking can be dependant upon you, if you wish to stay close to the tour bus, you may do so.

Each day the tours start around 8-9am.They end at your hotel room around 8-9pm.During the tour, you are required to stay with your tour group.If permitted by the tour guide, you can explore on your own.

Q: we are planning to book this tour.i have my parents with me.they are above 64 years of age.do u provide any special facilities for senior citizens like wheel chairs.and as they are old and cant walk much... is it necessary for them to buy the tickets of every place we visit..as they may want to take rest in bus while me and my husband can go and see places.as i have heard that the tour guide pressurize people to compulsory buy the ticket. We do not offer wheel chairs, but you are welcome to bring your own foldable wheelchairs to be used on tour. They do not need to participate in the optional tours, if they do not wish to, but they will be required to wait for the tour group outside the attraction. The tour guides recommend that you join the optional tours, as often times after the group has returned the passengers that did not participate merely wished they had joined.

You can choose to be picked up at 3 main airports(EWR, LGA or JFK), Or from 5:00pm-Chinatown, 48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013 on the tour departure date. We will include the emergency contact number on your E-ticket, which you can call for assistance.
