We often have lunch and dinner in fast food restaurants, food courts, buffet restaurants or Asian dining restaurants. The arrangements are made by the tour guide.

Passengers who are flying out of the Boston will be dropped off at the BOS airport around 1-2 pm. Please arrange for your flights to depart after 3:00PM. If you arrange your departure flight from Boston on 3:15pm, you are able to catch your flight.

The only difference between the two tours is the last day of the tour. The 23-2347 take a little longer for the transfer services to the airport and the initial airport pick up is different (more restrictive).
We suggest you take the 46-2966 as the tour's pace is more lax and more people take this tour.

Q: Hello, I and my girlfriend are going to take this trip on July 09 2011. I have 2 other friends who really really want to join us (Buy 2 Get 2 FREE) to cut costs. Yet, they are unsure about their work schedule as they are asking for a vacation from their office. My question is: if right now we book the trip on the date above as 1 room for 4 adults (Buy 2 Get 2 FREE) but eventually my 2 friends cannot join us (which means it's only me and my girlfriend left), do we have to pay any penalty fees or not? Please inform us the amendment at least 7 days before the departure, then we can cancel the 2 people from your order, and for this amendment, you are subject to pay $30.00 amendment fee.But if you do not tell us 7 days before, and 2 customers are no shows for the tour, No-shows on the tour departure date will be assessed a $358 penalty fee per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide in order to participate on the tour.
We highly recommend that you first book your tour for you and your girlfriend, and should your friends confirm that they can join, then add them on for a $30 service fee instead, to avoid Cancellation fees and No Show Fees.

Yes, we can offer you a post-tour hotel extension generally at one of the New York airport hotels. The airport hotels offer shuttle service to and from the airport at the hotel. You can then use this shuttle service to get to the hotel and then return to the airport to meet for your tour.
Also, we always recommend booking the tour first and making sure you have a confirmed tour before you book your flights.
