If you arrive one day prior to departure date and will not be able to meet tour guide at the baggage claim area at airport, you can just self check in the first night hotel by yourself. If you need extra hotel accommodation on Dec 17th, please contact us for quotation.

On the first day, customers will be picked up from airport in New York. If you do not need the airport transfer, you can self check in the first night hotel after 3:00pm.

3. If you are easily sea sick, we can try to arrange seats for you in the front on the first day. However, the bus is on a rotational seating schedule and everyone will switch seats daily. I know that we have to be at the airport before 8.30 a.m. but, there is a problem, we dont have phone , this number which we gave you as emergency is the number of our friend. He wont be with us. You know that the airport is too big to find each other.
