Q:
Hi, we will be arriving earlier than the start day of the tour, so can I check if we can join the tour at one of the locations during the complimentary half day tour instead of being picked up at the airport? In addition, would be greatly appreciated if you can provide the estimate charges for an additional one day extension of the hotel stay. Thank you!

Hi Pei Yee:

Unfortunately, you will not be able to join this tour along the routes of the half-day city tour, as the routing changes on each day.

In order to receive transfer services, you must meet the tour guide at one of the three major airports in the New York.

If you do not want to transfer to the airport, you can self-transfer to the first night's hotel used for the tour.

Please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation how you plan to join the tour on the first day.

The hotel selections we suggest are based on the arrival/departure airport information.

You can review our hotel selections by clicking the following link: https://www.tours4fun.com/hotels/new-york/usa-new-york-hotels/

Q:
Hi, Thanks for your prompt clarification. May i check, if i am only interested in entering the empire state building but not the manhattan cruise, does this means that i would have to leave the tour before the manhattan cruise or could I just wait on the bus while the rest go on the tour? Thanks! Regards, Yuting

Hi Yuting Teng:

If you opt out of some of the optional tours, like the Manhattan cruise, you will have the option to walk around the area or take photos while the rest of the group is attending the optional tour.

For security reasons, you will not be able to remain on the bus, as the tour guide will lock the bus while he/she is with the tour group on the optional tour.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Alexander Tjahyadi:

The difference in the tour may be the routes  (23-2347 will stay 2 nights in NY, while 46-147 will stay 1 night in NY), and standard of hotels.
For instance the difference in the standard of hotels
23-2347: Best Western Hotel or Similar standards of service

Q:
1. If I arrive one day earlier in JFK to take this tour, what is the best hotel I should choose from your list? Preferable the cheapest and the most convenient from airport in terms of transportation to Manhattan (times square, etc...)? 2. Can you arrange an airport transfer to the hotel and a hotel pick up the following day so I can join the complimentary half day tour in the morning? Thanks...

Hi Joni:

1. We can only recommend at the moment, that you book your hotel accommodations at the International JFK Airport Hotel.
We currently are not able to recommend a hotel that is close to Manhattan or Times Square, as the hotels in that area are priced quite high.
2. We can only offer airport pick up on Day 1 of this tour. You will need to self transfer to the hotel and back to the airport (the next day/Day 1 of tour) using the hotel shuttle bus. Please note that in order to join the complimentary NYC tour, you will need to be at the JFK airport before 8:30am

Thank you for your inquiry.
