Q: hi, me again I forgot to tell you that we will arrive in JFKairport not in LA GUARDIA airport. we are all 3 who will join the tour. please help me find a hotel near the last trip of the tour so that we will not transfer to another bus going to our hotel. can you book for us? we will arrive on august 31 via delta air 3pm. we will join the tour the next day. Is JFK airport near the downtown city where we can go shopping or watch broadway show? please help us.

No, JFK is not closely located to Times Square or Manhattan.
However, there are many transportation services that are available.
Currently, the only hotel we offer that provides free shuttle service to and from JFK is the following:

Q: hi' i'm planning to take a 6 day tour east cost budget friendly on sept. 1 We will arrive a day before the first day tour. Can you arrange my hotel through you? because we want to join the half day tour in the morning. Can you also arrange a hotel for us on the last day of our tour because we will extend our stay for 2 more days. Please be sure that the hotel will be the last stop with your bus so that we wont look for another transportation to go to our hotel. The only way to join the half day city tour is to transfer back to JFK or LGA on the first day of the tour by 8:30AM.
You can have a hotel extension near LGA airport, in Flushing.
This will allow you to transfer back to LGA the next morning.
We suggest the following hotel:

At the end of the tour, we do not offer drop off at hotels.
We only drop off in Chinatown, Flushing, or the 3 major airports.

Q: We have received the confirmation email from you but not E-Ticket. Do you see any risk if we proceed with the Flight booking? We are planning to book flight that will reach JFK before 8 AM so that we can take the complementary Day tour. Can you please provide details (itinerary of that tour)? 1.If you have received our confirmation email, you can go ahead and book your flight tickets.
2. For guests who arrive at JFK & LGA before 8:30am, we will have a complimentary half day NYC tour including Columbia University, Lincoln Center, China Town and Little Italy. The complimentary tour ends at 1:30pm and it is not included in the package if you arrive at EWR. Tour guide will arrange meal stop on tour.
3. Transfer to hotel will be arranged after after the half day city tour. There is an optional night tour available.

The total cost for 1 adult, 1 child is $644.78.
Each room booked on tour is equipped with 2 double/standard sized beds.

Hotel check-in time is 3:00pm and onwards. Early check-in is not guaranteed. Please simply inform tour guide on arrival if you are interested in the optional night tour.

- Pickup Time at JFK airport: 10:30 am - 10:30 pm
- Pickup Time at LGA airport: 11:00 am - 11:00 pm
- Pickup Time at EWR airport: 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm
A tour guide will be waiting for you at the airport.

Q: My parents (age 58@@plush;) will be taking this tour (23-2347) on their own & I have several questions regarding it. May be I am more protective for my parents but your answers will put me at ease. Please bear with me. 1. Can I book for them using my card? My card will stay with me & they won't be carrying it. Or do they need to book it using their card? 2. Can they pay for the guide by card? or does it need to be paid in cash? 3. If they arrive at JFK at 11 AM, they cannot take complimentary city tour. And also if they decide not to take the optional night tour, then does it mean that there are no plans on the first day of this tour but to go to hotel? 4. For the excluded prices for some attractions, can they take AAA discount? or they need to pay what is given on this site? 5. Is there sufficient time included in the tour if someone decide to take all the excluded admissions? 6. If only 1 person is taking a excluded admission, I assume the entire tour team will wait for him. Am I right? 7. 1, you can use your own card to pay the tour price for your parents however we may need you to provide us with the supporting documents as card holder is not one of the customers.
2, Please pay tour guide via cash.
3, Correct. If they do not join the optional night tour, there will be no other plans but stay at hotel. The hotel check-in time is after 3:00pm.
4, There will be no discount. They need to pay what is givem on the site.
5, Yes. There will be enough time.
6, We do not think for a bus of almost 60 passengers, there will only be 1 guest to join some optional tour. But hypothetically that is the case, other customers can have some leisure time at the same time when that guest is ding the optional tour.
7, Of course, tour guide will try best to coordinate but we need all customers are not left behind as tour schedule is tighter and it is not good for the whole group to wait for some one.

If you choose Saturday as your departure date, day one is Saturday and last day should be a Thursday.
Hotel accommodation for 5 nights and transportation is included.
Everything else is not included(meals, admissions and service fees for tour guide) and are to be paid when you are on tour.
