Meals are not included in the tour package.The admissions to the different attractions in NY are also not included.
If you arrive early morning on the first day of the tour, you will have the opportunity to explore the city on your own.
You can meet your tour guide to transfer to the hotel at the following time and location on the first day:
1:30 pm at Holiday Inn Hotel, 138 Lafayette st NY 10013, Manhattan Downtown (Starts from April 1, 2013: 2 Columbus Ave, New York 10023 - near Starbuck’s café)
However, you would need to find your own transportation to the first night's hotel, typically located in Newark, NJ, if you wish to stay and explore the city longer on the first day of the tour.

Both are similar tours. They both go to the same locations but on different bus routes and they stay at different hotels.The hotels are 3 - 3 1/2 star hotels.
Unfortunately these tours do not pick up at hotels in Manhattan.
You can self-transfer to the first night's hotel (typically located in New Jersey), or you can meet your tour guide in Chinatown, Manhattan, NY at a designated point and time (for tour # 46-2966)
If you do not arrive by flight and wish to make a reservation for this tour, please leave us a note in the comment section when making a reservation that you would like to be picked up in Chinatown, Manhattan, NY.

We do not currently offer hotels in Manhattan, but you can check on our Hotels Tab on the top part of our home page and search by city (New York City ) on the left column of the hotels page to find hotels available for booking with an affiliated agency.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over the length of time it takes the pre-authorized amount to return to your account.
Each time someone makes attempts to make a payment in the system, a pre-authorization for the amount is withdrawn from the account.
However, if the card declines, we are unable to charge capture that amount and it returns automatically to the customer's account within 5-7 business days.
We highly recommend making your reservation payment by Paypal, as it is the fastest and most secure form of payment.

Yes, usually upon pickup, the tour guide will transfer you to the first nights' hotel used for the tour.
However, you may also make stops to pickup other passengers en route to the hotel for the evening.
Hotel check in begins at 3pm each day.

The difference between these 2 tours are hotels where you will stay through out the tour.
Standard of hotels for tour code 3044 is higher than the other 2 tours.

Q: Hi , We ( group of 4 adults plus 1 child) want to travel on a 6 day tour of the east coast in Aug starting with New york. We arrive on the 17th and are planning to leave to the west coast on the 23rd Aug so we will have 1 day extra for which we might have hotel extension required. My questions are: 1. The must see's for us in NYC: Metropolitan musuem, Liberty island cruise, Empire state observatory , Madam tussads , Times square, Iron bull and ground zero. Can we cover this all in one tour ? For the other cities most things to be covered are in the tours mentioned. 2. We would like longer stay in NYC and then cover Philly,Washington and Niagara and dont mind skipping Boston. Can you suggest a tour of that kind? 3. We are flexible to depart from either Boston or NYC. Please suggest cost and best tour as per. View answers (1) A: |

Since you are over 4 people, you will need to book an additional room.
We do not allow 5 people in 1 room, even if it is an infant.Unfortunately, we can only cover what is stated in our itinerary, please check the following link for more information:This tour already include Phily and Washington DC.
We cannot skip Boston for more times in the above cities.we do not have a tour that will extend this area.We apologize for the inconvenience, our tours are already pre packaged and cannot change or be adjusted for any reason.

Q: Hi, I just made a reservation now for this tour again but still, it only reached to credit card payment number 1 and after that, it stopped. It did not reach steps 2 and 3, for it to be completed. I don't know if I have a problem with my credit card because the page won't load in the said 30 seconds. I have tried it a couple of times, but I ended up the same. Please guide me. If your reservation is not completing, it is most likely because the system will not accept your credit card.
We suggest you book your tour using a different payment method, such as PayPal.
