Q: Hi Tours4Fun, The web form for Flight Information is quite confusing. The web form has 2 sections: 1) Departure Information - asking for departure time 2) Landing Information - asking for landing time Pls. be advised that each flight (inbound and outbound) would have a departure time and landing time. As an example, an inbound flight to New York would have its own departure and landing times. Similarly, an outbound flight from New York would also have its own departure and landing times. Can you pls. clarify the following: 1. Is the Departure Flight Information section (screenshot provided) asking for the departure information of the Outbound flight (from New York to Origin Location)? 2. You are welcome to arrange your return flight for any time on Wednesday, as there are no specific time constraints. The latest hotel check-out time will be 10 AM. Regarding airport services, airport pickup is included in the tour, but airport drop-off is not. If you'd like to arrange a drop-off, it will be an additional cost of $70 for 1-3 people. Could we get airport pickup on Tuesday and then join tour mid-day Tuesday in Istanbul? We would otherwise join with the Taksim evening event. Next question: What is our luggage allowance? I believe this is all by van or bus (no airfare)? Being able to each have both normal 10kg carry-on and larger 23kg suitcase should allow us to arrive on Monday. We have another trip immediately prior and are trying to decide whether we go home to reload in between (delays arrival) or travel heavy. We spent a week in Istanbul in Nov 2023 and are now looking to primarily visit cities outside Istanbul. We will arrive 19 or 20 May and depart 31 May.
