If i get a B2F2 package for 4 adults, how is the room arrangement like? Do we get 4 single/2 double beds/1 double with 2 mattresses with a slightly larger room?
Dear Afroze,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
This tour starts and ends either in Lucerne and Montreux.
The GoldenPass Express runs between Montreux and Interlaken Ost/West.
Meanwhile, the Lucerne-Interlaken Express runs between Interlaken Ost and Lucerne.
The itinerary can be done in both directions – the choice is yours.

Would the airport transfer provided be available to me if my flight arrives the day before a tour starts?
Regarding hotels, can I choose which hotel I wish to stay at provided it’s within the same class as those the tour proposes?
Thanks!
Dear Carlos,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
The complimentary airport pick up is only available on the day that the tour starts.
If you will avail your pre hotel extension with us, we can pick you up from the airport on your early arrival.
If you have booked a pre hotel already, you need to self transfer from the airport to your pre hotel.
However, on the first day of the tour, we can pick you up from your pre hotel and transfer you to the first night hotel.
I am hoping this information helps.
Best Regards,
chelzy

Q:
How many people are usually on a tour? What average age? We are mid 60's and don't want to be with teenagers.
Looking at mid September after an Alaska Cruise.
Is bus the mode of transport? Large coach or mini bus?
Is the cost next to the booking page the price for 2 people including accommodation then adding on any additional activities?
Are there luggage restrictions?
Would we need a Visa if travelling from Seattle?
Dear Jill Burgess,
Thank you for your questions. Please find the answers below:
The tour typically has around 20 to 30 participants.
Yes, it is a bus tour.
That is correct.
As for luggage, each guest is allowed to bring one standard-sized suitcase and one carry-on. The standard luggage size should not exceed 62 linear inches (combined length, width, and height).
Please let us know if you have any further questions!
