2025-05-14 03:41:45 Dear Carlos, Thank you for reaching out to us! The complimentary airport pick up is only available on the day that the tour starts. If you will avail your pre hotel extension with us, we can pick you up from the airport on your early arrival. If you have booked a pre hotel already, you need to self transfer from the airport to your pre hotel. However, on the first day of the tour, we can pick you up from your pre hotel and transfer you to the first night hotel. I am hoping this information helps. As for luggage, each guest is allowed to bring one standard-sized suitcase and one carry-on. The standard luggage size should not exceed 62 linear inches (combined length, width, and height).
