Hi Gheorghita socaciu:
Having a US green card or visitor visa does not necessarily mean you can visit Canada.
Visa requirement varies for different countries. Generally, international traveler should bring passport and permission to enter Canada (visitor's visa) in order to travel in Canada. Visitor's visa is waived for certain countries. Canadian visa may be required depending on your nationality.
Please see below link where you could get further information on Canadian visa. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp You may also check with according local authorities for details.
Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Arthur:
The schedule depends on what date you will be taking the tour. Because we work with several flight providers to operate this tour, some flights depart at 4:30am and others depart at 6:30am.
We can a more detail itinerary if you can tell us which date and the hotel that you will be staying in New York. We usually pick up in midtown New York.
Thank you for your inquiry.

Hello,
I am interested in this tour for the 01-02-09. I would like to know if there is any possibility the tour route to be changed and reversed. I would like to know for sure because I have the intention to leave the tour in Niagara Falls the very last day. Thank you in advance for your valuable time.
Hi Spyros:
Thank you for your inquiry.
As the routing of the tour and order of the itinerary depends on the hotel bookings, the order of the tour itinerary is subject to change and won't be confirmed until about 2-3 days before departure. There is no way to guarantee before that you would be able to leave at Niagara Falls on the very last day.

Hi Donna Rogne:
Australia and New Zealand have their seasons reverse of those in the northern hemisphere, when it is winter in the United States and Europe; it is summer in New Zealand, The reverse is true as well. Summer temperatures can be as high as 104F degrees; winter temperatures can plunge to 14F degrees.
New Zealanders enjoy their summer, which lasts from around the beginning of December to the end of February. In many towns and villages, the arrival of summer means an abundance of outdoor festivals and events.
Therefore, taking this tour around winter time will be the best time to avoid rain and be warm for this tour.

Hi Zigy:
In January, since it is very cold in the winter, there are not boat tours during the winter time due to the waters are frozen at that time.
This tour that you've chosen will definitely bring you back to the hotel by 6pm.
Our boat tours for Niagara falls is usually offered between April and October of each year, before winter.
We also have another similar tour like the Niagara Falls Basic Tour that will also bring you back to the hotel by 6pm. Please see link below:

Hello. I plan to take the 8 Days East Canada Deluxe Tour Package starting on 4/18/09 with my wife. We are from Argentina and have a few questions for you:
1) Does the tour guide speak Spanish, or is there a chance to travel one who does? 2) On average, how many hours a day are spent traveling on the bus? 3) Please confirm that I've understood correctly: the tour fee is per person, and the lodging price is per room (valid for the two passengers staying on it). 4) We'll be arriving at LaGuardia early in the morning of the 18th. We estimate that after customs and baggage claim we'll be ready at around 9am. Will you provide us with a meeting point with the person who will pick us up at the airport? Thank you in advance for your help.
Hi Tia:
The tour package does not include flights, but if you want us to check on prices with flights departing from the U.S., we'll be happy to do so.
Thank you for your inquiry.
