Q:
I have several questions: 1. How far is it from JFK to Club Quarters Hotel at Rockefeller Center. I dont need airport pick up, how will I inform you when booking on line? When I self-transfer to your hotel in NY, what do I need to show to the hotel for check-in? 2. Do you normally have Asian people in the 6-day tour? 3. How big is the group normally? Thank you,

Hi Nguyen Ngoc Bao Chau: The Club Quarters Hotel at Rockefeller Center is about 19 miles from JFK with a drive time of about 30 minutes. When booking online, please put a note on the reservation remarks sections that you intend to self-transfer. Please try and check in after 3:00 pm and call the support number we'll provide on your e-tickets on the morning of the first day of your tour to get the tour guide's number then contact your tour guide for assistance with check in. There normally are a good number of Asian people on the tour and the entire tour group can range from 20-40 people. Thank you for your inquiry. Frank - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Q:
Thanks for your reply of my questions last week. I have further questions of the arrangement of the tour. 1) Can I book the hotel through your company at the 6th day of the tour after I come back to Boston? That means I may stay at the same hotel or other hotel one more night after the end of the tour. 2) What is the estimated cost of hotel room for single person for one night? 3) How can I settle the room fee? Add and paid at my tour booking or paid to the tour guide directly? 4) Does your company have any office at Boston? It is because I can visit you or settle the tour fee directly when I go to Boston. (I worry that I may finalize the exact schedule of my exchange program in last minute! Thanks for your reply.

Hi Tracy Leung: Please look below for the answers to your questions. 1) You may book a hotel room at the same hotel on the night of Day 5 (40 min away from Boston) or in Downtown/Chinatown Boston. 2) The estimated cost of a single occupant ranges from $109.00 to $129.00. Prices are subject to change. 3) Once we offer you the exact price quote, confirm back that you accept the rate. We will add the additional amount onto your credit card or wait for your payment. We will then proceed to reserve and confirm the hotel room. The hotel confirmation number will then be added to your e-ticket. 4) Our office is located in Los Angeles, California. Please plan out your tour dates and once finalized, book your tour online, so that we may secure your seat(s) for your reservation. Please book online at least 2-3 days before tour departure. (Please take into account any additional time to provide necessary information or document requests). Thank you for your inquiry. Melanie - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Hi JOhn W. South: Hi John W. South: The tour can only accomodate foldable wheelchairs as the vehicle that will travel around in Niagara Falls will not have a lift and simply won't have space for the scooters. If you're able to bring foldable wheelchairs along with an assistant (as the guide would not be able to provide any asssitance at all) then you should be able to join the tour. The price for two for this tour would be $870.00 but is subject to re-confirmation depending on the actual date you wish to book the tour for. Thank you for your inquiry. Q:
The 5 day tour from LV to Yellowstone, all start in May. We are 3 and plans to go mid April to LV. Any schedule within this period to go on this Yellowstone trip? Or maybe there is a reason why April is not available.

Hi Uy Willy: Thank you for your inquiry. The Yellowstone Park is fully open tour groups each year beginning in the month of May and ends in the month of September. During winter months and early Spring, it's only open for the snowcoaches and snowmobiles. Angela Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com
