Q: Hi I am very interested in doing the 6 day trip to Mt Rushmore and Yellowstone, from Denver. I am travelling on my own, but am happy to share a room with any other female travellers on their own - and hence, save some money - is this an option? thanks Michelle

2009-01-22 10:06:56 Hi Michelle grootenboer: If you can provide us with the date you want to travel for, we can check to see if there are other travellers willing to share and wanting to book the tour for the same date. If we're able to find someone, we can try to lower the rates but we won't be able to get the rate down as low as a double as the room share will not be for every night of the tour. If we're unable to find someone willing to share, you would have to book at single prices to reserve space on the tour but we will keep looking to lower rates by finding a co-share traveller. 2009-01-20 10:22:25 Hi Guilherme Bohns: The tour usually picks up from the hotel parking lot or the lobby. The guide may call the passengers rooms but they don't usually do so unless they have trouble locating the customers. It would be best if you were ready for pickup at the lobby 10 minutes prior to the confirmed pickup time. We also always provide an emergency number you can call on the day of your tour in case you have any inquiries or need any assitance during your pickup. It is also advisable to re-confirm your pickup details 24 hours prior to the tour start. Thank you for your inquiry. Because we have many tour coaches leaving on the same day, the exact hotel location will be determined on a first come first serve basis, depending on which tour group arrives first to the first choice hotel.
