Q: Hi, if we need you guys pick up from EuroStar train station(Gare Du Nord) in Paris, do we need to mention in the booking? Also, is there all the details of which hotels we would stay during the tour when we receive the e-ticket? Because we need the hotels details in order to apply for Visa. thanks

Kindly note that we are only able to provide hotel details one or two days prior to the departure. However, we will include the most offen-used hotel list on your E-ticket.
Please just update your arrival train details on the first day of the tour with us in your account, then we will arrange the pick up for your party accordingly.

Q: Hi, my wife and i are planning to take this tour on December 2010. This is our first time in Europe and will be first time experiencing winter. I would like to know, is it possible to go to all the places like in your itinerary? is it possible to take the water bus? how about during the journey in the bus? is the bus has heater? sorry this is our first time and we cannot imagine how cold the weather it is. we are planning to take the 7 day trip departing from paris. thank you very much. Please note that the third guest joins the tour for free(except applicable admission fee) on a share room basis.
