I see you say the tour guide/driver supposedly should pay $7.00 per day however, if I am going alone I already pay the extra cost...my question is ...is this an option to pay or not to pay. Thanks.
For 1 person using 1 room, the tour price is $768 because one person will pay for the whole room. You can search for a travel companion to go on this tour with you if you would like to split the room cost. Linked below:
Hi, Thank tou for your answers about meals.
Can yo also answer the other questions ?
1- What places we see during the day on this tour ?
2-Do we go to one place i've heard there is big glass floor to contemplate the landscape ?
3-Is there any hike during the day ?
4- How many hours from Las Vegas to The Grand Cannyon entrance driving ?
5-What is the distance in miles ?
6-What time is the pick up and where ?
7-What time is the drop off and where ?
]Thank you very much.
This tour enables you to explore Grand Canyon national park (South Rim). There are many beautiful scenes and locations the guide will take you during the day. Every scheduled trip is different because there is so much to see in the park, but; feel free to ask the tour guide what his particular schedule is that day.
The trip to the "big glass floor" is the skywalk attraction at Grand Canyon West Rim. The South rim tour does not provide a tour to the skywalk location. You can see the Grand Canyon west rim skywalk tour in the link below: https://www.tours4fun.com/1-day-skywalk-west-grand-canyon-bus-tour.html
It takes about 6-7 hours to get from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon south rim entrance; this estimate is not guaranteed as traffic condition may be different from day to day. The distance in miles is 287 miles to 380 miles depending on the route take. The bus driver and tour guide will decide on the most suitable route for the tourists.
The pick up location and drop off location is at the Stratosphere hotel - 2000 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89104

Hi. I'm comparing USDV2-120 side-by-side with USDV85-3103. Both are 6n/7d tours, the latter one being $20 cheaper. However, if I add up the optional tours, they become markedly different. Just to confirm: For USDV2-120, if we want to see EVERYTHING, total cost would be 468@@plush;17@@plush;40=$525, correct? Whereas USDV85-3103 total would be 448@@plush;10@@plush;15@@plush;2@@plush;15=$490, yes? Just wanted to be careful because I'm booking for friends as well (we're a group of 5 adults), and I have to give them fair warning. We're looking at the Sept 18-24 tour. Btw, where and what is Bear Country? I don't see any description/mention in both itineraries. It costs $15, and I'm curious. Thanks for your help.
A major difference between USDV2-120 and USDV85-3103 lies on day 7 of the tour.
USDV2-120: Day 7 visits Glenwood Springs - Rocky Mountains - Denver USDV85-3103: Day 7 visits Grand Junctions - Eisenhower Tunnel - Denver
So that would be the main reason for the price difference. The additional Glenwood Springs trip for USDV2-120.
Let me calculate the total for you below (tour price including optional tours): Because you have 5 people (assuming all adults), you need 2 room because max occupancy per room is 4 people. So I have put 3 people in one room and 2 people in another room.
Remember, we have a buy 2 get 1 free discount for both tours. So I cannot give you a "per person" rate for the tour price.
USDV2-120 (2 rooms, 5 people): $1,872.00 USDV2-120 (all optional tours): $17 + $40 = $57 per person * 5 people = $285 USDV2-120 (service fee, not opitional) $7 per person per day * 5 people = $35 Total = $2,192
USDV85-3103 (2 rooms, 5 people) $1793 USDV85-3103 (all optional tours): $10 + $15 + $2 + $15 = $42 per person * 5 people = $210 USDV85-3103 (service fee, not opitional) $7 per person per day * 5 people = $35 Total = $2,038
The prices above do not include meals, room service, and personal shopping.
I am travelling with Kids, if I book the tour in case we don't like to visit a spot or have already visited the spot can we stay in the bus until others come back.
We would advise you to stay with your tour guide because every tour guide's knowledge is different. Every tour is unique. The tour you've taken will never be the same as the tour you will take. Your guide may bring new insight into the places you have already known. If you truly do not wish to follow the tour guide, please coordinate with him on what you should and should not do. If the tour guide says staying on the bus is all right, you may stay on the bus.

I was planning to join the aug 12th tour 4-Day Yellowstone Bus Tour Package with Jackson Hole & Grand Teton
I would like to know what time does the tour begin and end. as i have to get connection flights.
i will be coming from dallas. The earliest flight that gets in to slc from dallas is at 7:46am..
What time does the tour end of 15th august
We do not have strict requirement on arrival flight because the first day of the tour is only for Guests' self check into hotel then rest. There is no other tour activity. Generally, hotel allows check in after 3pm, so we recommend that guest arrange flight into SLC airport around 2pm.
The tour ends at August 15th around noon. If you wish to fly back home on the last day of the tour, Please book for a flight departing SLC airport after 2:00 p.m.

Hi, my husband and I is interested in the 2 day bus tour to Washington, Phil, Baltimore from New York @ $76 pp. Is it too early to book for August 2010 or maybe September.
We recommend that customers book the reservation online as soon as they decide their travel plan. Because the seats arrangement is based on first come and first reserve policy.
