Q: Hello! Can I take ths tour not from the airport, but right from the hotel? (because I arrive to LA earlier than the day of tour start) When will I know the exact hotel name in LA where i stay in this tour? Where are the hotels are located? in the city center or out of town?

The tour only provide free pickup from airport, can not pick up you from your hotel.
If you arrive one day before the tour , you can choose to go to the airport to meet our tour escort,
or you can self-transfer to the first night hotel to check-in after 3:00pm

1, Actually, the tour price depends on the number of person living in one room and currently, it's $ 1 103 for one person living in one room for the tour departing on May 2011. For more details about price, please refer to the "Pricing"
2 & 3 & 4, During the trip, please self choose and self pay all the meals and of course, our tour guide will make the related recommendations to you. Should you have any special reques on meals, you are free to consult the tour guide.
5, This tour includes airport transfer on the first day and eleventh day, and the charge is already included in the tour price.

Our tour price will be adjusted sometimes. However, your tour price only depends on the quotation at the time when you are making the reservation. When received your reservation and payment, if the tour price increases, we won't charge you extra more, and vise versa.
The hotels during the trip generally do not offer breakfast, so you are suggested to self prepare all the meals during the trip.

Generally, we are able to conduct the tour as long as there are about 25 persons in the group, and our buses hold 55 seats. In terms of the hotel room, we offer rooms with two beds for double room and two beds + a roll-away bed for triple rooms, which depends on the number of guests and rooms in your party.

When making the online reservation, please complete all the three items in "Easy Book": Start Date, Pick up location and Lodging before clicking "Book Now" to continue with the procedure. You can enjoy the "Buy 2 Get 1 free" policy only if 4 of you take a quad room to pay a discount price according to the following calculation: original double room price*2+original triple room price. Please kindly note that the price we advertised on the website is already the adjusted one and we will have to charge more 3% transaction on the basis of your tour price.

Generally speaking, we do not have very special requirements for you bringing a baby and we hope that he/she will be well taken care of and enjoy the experience too. And please kindly note that we will charge a child price if your baby is above 2 years old as we identify children as those from 2 to 9 years old; it is free for babes under 2 years old and we suppose baby does not take seat and bed.
