Q: I have finalized to take this tour with my family during Aug 2010. How many days in advance would you recommend for booking. Will you also arrange for hotel to stay near to your pickup piont at chinatown since we are coming after around 20 hours flight with kids. We need to relax for a day before we take this tour, come back relax an take another two days tour with you. You should book the tour as soon as possible to make sure we are able to reserve a spot for you and have enough time to properly service any other needs you might have.
If you would like to relax for a day, I suggest you book a pre-tour hotel extension. The pre-tour extension would allow you to get a good night's rest in before you depart on your tour. We are able to book you a pre-tour hotel extension if you need.
If you mean you would like to take 1 day of the tour then relax one day then take another continued two days, we are unable to do that for you. You cannot leave the tour after the first day, take one day away from the tour, and then take the next two days of the tour.
One tour may offer a hotel extension at the Manhattan Center but not all tours will offer this. We do our best to book hotels that are along your tour's route or will complement your tour.

If the Days Inn is not available, the next choice would be the Best Western.
On the second day, the tour starts in Washington D.C. , then Baltimore, then New York. The tour tries to keep the schedule set in the itinerary. Please note that the local tour provider reserves the right to make modifications to tour arrangements including order of tour activities, hotel and its location if deemed necessary.

Q: Hello, I am interested in the trip in the middle of Augast and I have two questions: 1. For the package incluing airfare, may I ask when is the flight in Sat.? Is there specific flight setting out from California? or could I book the flight by myself? How about the fight retuning to California? 2. As I will go to US from overseas, I am worried that if the trip might be cancelled under some circumstances, such as fewer people. Yellowstone tours are very hot in August and seldom get cancelled, except for extreme conditions. We recommend that you please buy travel insurance to minimize the risk of loss.

1, Usually we will arrange Days Inn for accomodation at Washington D.C. for this tour. However, if that hotel is full, we will resume to another similar hotel, which please take the confirmation on the e-ticket as the final one. We do not provide hotel upgrade service for this tour.
2, You can choose any of the pick up locations to be dropped off.
3, All the drinks or meals are not included in the tour package, and our tour guide will make the related recommendations for you to self choose and pay.
