Q: Thanks Jordan for the quick reply, we wish to book a pre tour hotel extension at International JFK hotel as recommended. Also let us know at what time do we need to be at the airport to be picked by your rep. As mentioned earlier, we are interested in USNY3-147 (me & my wife), therefore please let us know the total cost (USNY3-147 plus one day hotel extension) and how can we arrange for the same thru online. can we be dropped off in ny on the last day of tour instead of the airport.

If you want to book International JFK for hotel extention, please simply leave your booking requirement in the message box when making the reservation. And on the first day of the tour, you can choose to be picked up at JFK at anytime from 9:00am to 10:00pm, and we suggest you choose a time before 5:00pm so that you can join the optional night tour that day.
If you want to add tour USNY3-147 to your reservation, you can just put it in the cart when making the reservation.
When receiving your hotel extention booking request, we will double confirm the total tour price for you by email.
and at the end of the tour, we can only arrange airport drop off and if you have any special request on drop off, you may consult the tour guide.

The closest location to the Hampton Inn in Newark is the Chinatown, 87 Bowery, New York, NY 10002 departure location. Please check if this is closest to your location as I did not have your exact address and could only guess your hotel's location.

From New York to Niagara takes about 6-7 hours. We stop every 2 hours for a restroom break.
Meals and certain optional tours are not provided in the tour price.

Q: we are interested in your 6 day east coast tour, however our tickets r booked already and we are arriving at JFK on 23-Jul-2010 at 19:40 but i believe your tour starts from 24-Jul-2010 onwards. so can we have a room booked for us from 23rd onwards in the same hotel (off course on our expense) and if yes what will be the cost of an extra day in that hotel. kindly let us know asap . Yes, we will be able to offer you a pre-tour hotel extension for this tour. We recommend the Sheraton EWR Hotel as it will be the same as the one you will be staying at on Day 1 of the tour. The rate is $169.00 per room, per night. You will be required to may your own way from the JFK airport to the hotel for your pre-tour hotel extension.
If you wish to have a hotel extension nearby the JFK airport, we recommend the International JFK Hotel. The rate is $125.00 per room, per night. You will need to take the hotel shuttle bus to the hotel for check in and the next day take the same shuttle bus back to the airport for airport transfer service on Day 1 of the tour.

It would take you approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes in travel time to get to that location.

This tour will visit Niagara Falls from US side to Canada side. Then travel to Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, then back to US. Please make sure you have Canadian visa before travelling.
