The similar tours we have availalbe differ mainly in the hotels booked for the package. You can specify how many rooms you book when making your reservation online, and each room would guarantee 2 double beds.

You would need to make sure the 3rd person is going before you book the tour. If you add a person after you book for 2, we might not have space available for the 3rd person. There will also be a amendment fee for adding another person. You would need to work the credit card charges amongst yourselves, usually we only authorize a hold until your ticket has been issued. Also remember, buy 2 get 1 free is applicable to 3 people sharing 1 room.

The drop off location should be Chinatown - H, 5th -6th st. For this tour, there will be no bus back to the Marriott in Gathersburg.
To answer your airport question, I would need to know the airport you are referring to. Below are a few airpots close to the Chinatown Location:
Dulles - 35minutes
Regan international - 20 minutes

I am assuming you mean Burlington VT. From Burlington, VT, it takes about 9 hours to get to the pick up locations. So yes, you would have time to get to the marriott, but you would get there at around 2-3 a.m. in the morning. I would suggest taking the tour at a later date or flying to an airport near the pick up location and taking a taxi there.

You can either meet the tour guide at the airport for transfer service to the hotel, or you can self transfer to the hotel on Day 1. Hotel check in is after 3PM.
If you were to take the tour on 08/25, your tour would end on 08/30 at the following times and locations:
BOS Airport 12:30PM
EWR, JFK, LGA 5:45PM

Currently August 21 is still available for reservation requests. Correct, day 1 is airport/self transfer service to hotel.
You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks for consuming on the tour bus.
You are required to pay the Service Fees for tour guide (min. $6.00/day per person). This service fee includes the driver as well and you will not need to pay the driver separately.
