Q: there are 5 in our group. How many room do we get? My mother is 77 years old, she is in good health, does this trip requires a lot of walking? Is there space on the July 9th?

You would need to get at least 2 rooms. This tour's bus ride leaving from San Francisco may be a bit heavy, but; we do try to stop every 2 hours to give you a scenic rest stop.
This tour does not require a lot of walking but some tour guides may opt to do a small hike. If you do not want her or she is unable to hike, just let the tour guide know and enjoy the awesome scenery

For the 'Buy 2 Get 1 Free' deal - when it comes to putting in our credit card details to pay, does it evenly charge all three of us (say, $312) or will the 1st 2 get charged $468 and the last person not have to pay? You would split the 2 person price evenly amongst the 3 of you. So you would use the companion reservation system when booking this tour. The tour would be processed after all 3 of you pay your parts of the tour.

The drop off points are the new york pick up locations. This tour does not drop back off at the New Jersey locations.

The difference between the budget friendly tour and the super value tour is the pick up and drop off locations and the hotels booked for the tour. They may be different bus routes. Please check which tour has the best locations for you.

If you would like to leave early on day 3 and stay in las vegas, you are welcome to do so. Just remember to coordinate with your tour guide. The group discount only applies to groups of 8 or more.
