does your 3 day tour to washington, philadelphia and Niagara falls go to the US side of Niagara falls or the Canadian side or both. I am asking because we may need a visa if it crosses the US border. Please let me know.
Thanks
You may choose to self dismiss in New York if you like, you will have to coordinate with the tour guide. Also, you will have to leave us a comment under the comments sections when completing your reservation. We regret to inform you that we do not offer discounts for unused portions of our tours.

Hi, We are interested in booking this tour (USNY33-2993) for the start date of the 30-Nov-2010. Do you have a more detailed itenary with all the different hotels (name and address) included? Also, as we are arriving in NY on the 26-Nov-2010, we would require additional nights at the hotel. Is that something you can organize in our booking or do we need to do it seperately? We would need to also know the exact time / day our tour finishes in order to organize flights out of NY or another tour/hotel. Thanks. Dean
We would not be able to provide the hotel name until your tour is confirmed because we cannot make a hotel reservation for you until we have received a reservation. The hotel noted on the website are the usual hotel that are book for the tour. We can offer hotel extension, however these hotels may or may not be the hotel that you are staying at for the first night of your tour, it really depends on when airport you are arriving in. You may also make your own arrangements if you like. We reccommend that you book your departure flight after 7:00pm if you are departing from LGA, EWR, or JFK. We highly recommend that you book your tour and have it confirmed before booking flights.

Sorry, forgot to include this other question: From past experiences, do October tours suffer from any inconveniences? i.e. weather, accommodations, park hours etc. I notice Oct 2 is the last tour date, so I'm thinking if this is marginal in terms of predictability or consistency. Will it be more enjoyable to book a tour date that is one or two weeks earlier? Would you advise it, if we could still arrange our schedule? Thanks.
Visiting Yellowstone in October should be fine, the only real inconvenience is weather. It is usually colder during this time of the year. We do advise that you arrange your tour earlier if possible to avoid the colder weather condition. There should be no problem with park hours or accommodation, however during this time of the year some shops may be closed.

Hi! Our group of 5 adults are planning to join the USDV2-120 on Oct 2. If we fly into DEN on UA848, ETA is 11:03. Will we be able to make it to your 11:30 pick-up time after we have collected our bags? I know we can take a taxi to our hotel, but it's the thought of missing the city tour that saddens us, since we won't have the chance to do it on our own. Does the guide leave the fountain area ON THE DOT? We're hoping he'll make allowances by checking also with the desk if the flight or luggage services have suffered any delay. Thanks!
The tour guide usually leaves the around 11:30am on the dot. However you may call us a day before departure to get the tour guide information so that you can be in contact with him. You will have to call him once you arrive so that he can accommodate you.
