Hello,
Would it be possible to get further clarifcation on the upgraded hotel option? Are we in a different hotel every night then, or just in specific places? What hotels then would we be staying at in each place if we go with this option?
Thanks in advance for making this more clear before we decide how to go about booking out trip!

We are a family of 5 arriving in New York on 23 Nov 2010 (Tues). We are interested in your 5 days East Coast tour starting on 25 Nov(Thurs). Our questions are:
(1) Are you able to help with airport transfer on 23 Nov? What are the charges?
(2) Can you help with pre-tour hotel accommodation in New York on 23 and 24 Nov? We would prefer hotels near tourist attractions in the city. What are the charges?
(3) We are also interested in your 1 Day New York City tour but does the itinerary duplicate the first day of the 5-day East Coast tour?
(4) Can we join your New York night tour on either 23 or 24 Nov night?
(5) How does your 'Buy 2 get 1 free' promotion work? Since there are five of us (all adults), do we pay for 4 instead?
(5) On the last day of the tour in Boston, will we be brought to the airport? We would like to catch a flight to Orlando. What time should we book flight?
(6) Do you have tour packages for Orlando?
1) We will not be able to offer you extraneous airport transfers in New York. If you need an beginning airport transfer, I suggest you take a 6-day tour that would offer airport transfers as part of its tour.
2) The hotels we can offer in New York are closer to the airports. We will not be able to provide hotels near the manhattan region. The airport hotels we can offer and the prices can be offered when you have an official booking.
3) There are many areas where the 1-day new york tour will cover the new york tour offered on day 1. They will not be exactly the same but most of the important areas are covered.
4)You may be able to join the tour on one of your pre-tour hotel extensions. The logistics involved in transferring to those 1-day tours would be your responsibility (many 1-day tours do not offer pick up from airport hotels; you will need to meet them at the specified pick up locations).
5a) Buy 2 get 1 free means: If you have three people sharing 1 room, the tour price for the third person is free. So, the 2 people per room price is the same as the 3 people per room price. If you have 5 adults, you pay for the price of 4 adults and 2 rooms; because each room's maximum occupancy is 4 people.
5b) We will be able to drop you off at Boston airport. You need to book your flight after 1:00 p.m.
Please book a flight that departs from BOS after 1:00 p.m., and flights that depart after 7:30 p.m. from EWR/JFK/LGA on the last day of the tour.
I have my parents visit DC on 18th, and start the tour on 19th Oct. They are looking for couple of items - 1) If there are any Indians accompanying on that trip starting 19th, as they have just landed from India? and 2) What is the food choice they have at restaurants. If they want to choose to eat in Indian restaurants, are there any choices, close to the location where they reside?
At this time, we are unable to confirm the number of Indians traveling on this tour for the October 19th tour departure date.
Our tour packages do not include meal accomodations unless specifically stated. Meal breaks will be arranged at hotels, various ethnic restaurants, such as Chinese Restaurants, food courts and fast food restaurants. If you have a vegetarian diet, there should be vegetarian food for you to choose from the menus.
Our tour guides will arrange meal breaks 3 times a day. Guests should prepare $20 USD to $30 USD for three meals per person per day.

Hi! A friend and I are going to NY and we're very interested on this tour. We'd like to know a cou´ple of things... In what hotel is the accomodation and if it includes breakfast or not? We'd take the tour on Oct 20 but we could take the Maid on the Mist? Because of the weather... besides we are mexicans and we don't have canadian VISA, so we don't know if it's necessary to take those cruises... Thanx a lot!
For the tour you are asking about, you do not need a canadian visa to join the maid of the mist or this tour. For Niagara falls tours that might require a visa, it would state so in the special notes section of the tour's itinerary.
The first night's default hotel is listed in the tour's itinerary section. Most of the hotels do not include breakfast.
The transaction fees apply to certain groups of tours and it is set by the product department. Customer service department does not have control over that.
