Q: we are expected to arrive JFk airport at 9:48pm on oct. 23. Will this still be considered as free airport pick-up? what if there are some delays and we arrived past 10? are we going to be charged? how much? will you wait for us?

The pick up schedule is fairly strict. If you come in after 10:00 p.m., you may be charged the extraneous transfer fee depending on how many people need to be picked up.
You can check the charged amount / # of guests in the airport pick up "easy book" section.

Canadian visa is not required for US citizen. However, if you are not an American citizen or permanent resident, please bring your passport, I-94 card or resident alien card. Due to increased security at the border, additional paperwork is required for visitors from some countries. This only applies to a very few countries. Please check with the local immigration office to ensure whether your status allows multiple-entry into the U.S. This will avoid unnecessary delays.Please check with the right authorities for detailed requirements.

Airport Transfer service is only offered on Day 1 of the tour. We will charge a separate airport transfer fee, should you request to have your airport transfer be on a different day than the tour start date.

Q: Hi! I'm considering taking the 3-day San Francisco and Yosemite Bus Tour from Los Angeles in late december. I've checked out the dates and tha may be fine. However it's not clear the following: a) will it be possible to sightsee the beautiful coast of california (highway 1) and the most visited points in it? b) how many free hours will be spent in Yosemite? will it be possibile to take one of the hikes or get to see the giant sequoia trees? c) is there any specific tour which concentrates more in Yosemite instead of San francisco or the line coast instead of slovang or hearst castle? a) We try to keep our bus route along part of highway 1 or a coastline route so you can take a good view of the ocean. However, this is not guaranteed; as detours may be taken if necessary.
b) You generally spend around 4-5 hours in Yosemite. You are able to see many thing along certain scenic point, but there will be no long hikes. Sequoia trees are not guaranteed.
c) Most short day Yosemite tours (2-3 days) will have to pass through solvang and hearst to get to Yosemite. This is just how the bus route is planned. (Most toursts do want to visit these two places).
