Q: I am interested in joining the 6 day tour with airport transfer starting on the 25th of October... but our flight actually arrive on the 24th of Oct, is it possible for you to pick us up on the 24th of Oct and maybe arrange an extra night in the hotel at New York for us to wait for the tour to start?

Please note that we only offer airport transfers on the day that the tour is scheduled to depart. If you are arriving one day prior to tour departure, we can offer your a hotel extension that does offer airport shuttle service depending on which airport you arrive into. You can book the tour starting on the morning of 12 Nov but it will end on 15 Nov evening. Please check with your own schedule as you mentioned you have a business meeting on Friday. As for hotel accomodation, we offer single/double/triple/quad room with different rate.

Q: hi, i just booked the tickets for this trip. [E-34560] First Quetion is that i think, there is no mention about the departure time of second day from niagara fall, so i'd like to know what time we are gonna depart that day. Second, i am an international student, so if we go over canada side, i have to get an allowance from my school. i want to make sure that we are just going to travel US side. Third, i will send you a email tomorrow with my document about card purchasing. my schedule is on monday -Tuesday next week. so is it okay to issue an E-ticket for a short time? i just wondered if time is not enough. i will send docs ASAP tomorrow morning. The departure time of second day from Niagara Fall will be in the early morning and we will list the detailed time on E-Ticket after we confirm your reservation. This tour will only stay on the US side of the Niagara Falls and Thousand Islands so you will not need a Canadian Visa for this tour.We will be able to issue E-Ticket once we confirm the tour and the receipt of documentation required. If you successfully reserved the tour, you will get an automated "receipt of reservation". This receipt is not a confirmation of the tour but simply a notice that we received your booking and are processing it. We send you a confirmation letter in a few days and, if not other documents are required, we send you your official e-ticket.
If you have a reservation number on the email, please call us and let us know that reservation number and we will be able to help you with your tour.
If you do not have a reservation number or did not get a receipt or reservation, you did not complete the reservation.

Q: Hello, What is the weather like end of November, what is the average temperature, please? I am planning to book a tour with you during the last week of November but have been told that it may be very cold. Is it still OK for travelling end of November? I noticed that for this tour there is no airport pickup upon arrival, I do need airport pickup , so could you recommend something similar to this tour? This tour does not go into Canada, right?
