Q:
Hi, We are in Philadelphia and we can only make it if the tour comes to Philadelphia on the first day. Otherwise we don?t want to book it. We want to go on Oct. 6th. If the tour itinerary becomes available one day prior to the departure day, how can we find out whether we can reserve the tour or not?

Hi Bob:

Normally Mondays and Wednesday tour departures will visit Philadelphia first (not guaranteed). Please give us a call the day before tour departure to re-confirm exact tour route before booking your tour online. We do not recommend that you wait until the last minute to book your tour, as the tour can become sold out days before you book your tour. Please note that you will also need to acquire tour guide information from us in order to make arrangements directly with the tour guide to meet the tour group in Philadelphia.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
Hi, I'm interested in the 9-day tour departing 24th Dec. Do you know if this is a guarenteed departure? Also, are the hotels we stay at in LA in downtown LA? Which hotel specifically will we be staying at? I understand there is no activity planned day one of the tour and I will be arriving first thing in the morning hence I would like to organise my own activity and be able to walk back to my hotel at night, hence I would like to be in a hotel in downtown LA especially the first night.

Hi L:

This tour will depart year round as indicated. Currently Dec 24th is a guaranteed holiday departure and we recommend that you book your tour online as soon as possible to avoid tour sell out.

Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riot and many other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances. Tour providers also reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, and refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a tour group.

The hotels typically occupied at for Day 1 of the tour and the nights with an overnight stay in LA are Holiday Inn La Mirada or Anaheim Park Hotel. Please note that should these hotels become sold out or unavailable, a hotel with similar standards of service will be substituted instead. Both of these hotels offer shuttle service from the hotel to Downtown Disney. We do not offer accommodations in the Downtown LA area for this tour.

Hi P?nar:

Correct, in order to receive the $132.00 per person rate, there must be at least 2 passengers in 1 room. As you are a single traveler in your own room, the rate is $232.00 + a 3% transaction fee.

Thank you for your inquiry.

I am a foreigner here and cannot really see my program days ahead, so it makes difficult to book a trip in advance. Is it possible to go straight to the starting point (on weekdays of course) and join the trip paying for it on the spot?

Hi Mátyás Gy?z?:

We recommend that you book your tour as soon as all of your travel dates are set. This way we can secure your seats for your reservation as soon as possible. Many times our tours can become sold out. Tours that may show availablility online, can easily become sold out, depending on when the full payment for the reservation has been made.

Tour guides are not allowed to accept payment from customers that have not booked or had their seats confirmed for a tour. They only accept customers that have e-tickets to board the tour buses.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
Hi, I'm interested in 6 day east coast trip (probably Oct 9th trip) 1. It appears that there are 2 packages (one costs $378 and this costs $408); what is the difference between them? 2. And, when I put my 3 persons (2 adults and 1 child) on the lodging for USNY46-2966, total amount came up as $736, not $816 on your website. If following this calculation, it seems cheaper for us to book this package than the other one ($378/person). Could you please explain the reason? 3. Last question is; could you please recommend hotels near JFK airport for us to stay last night after the trip? It seems difficult to book flights after 8:00pm. Thank you for reading such a long question:)
