Q: Hi I would like to know how many people will join this tour on March 12?? What kind of people join the tour? Is it mostly older/younger people? If I arrive in EWR on 10:29AM, how can I reach the hotel? Is there any free shuttle bus to the hotel? How can I meet the tour leader after I reached New York then?

Usually, a tour bus will have around 45 people join together, and the customers are of different ages.
For this tour, we have free airport pickup on Day 1 from JFK, LGA and EWR from 9:00am to 10:00pm. So if you arrive in EWR at 10:29am on Day 1, we will pick up you according to your flight information and take you to the hotel. If you arrive NY before the tour, we can recommend a hotel near the airport, then you can take the shuttle bus.

The nearest pickup location to Hollywood is Chinatown, it takes around 15 minutes by taxi if no traffic problems.

At the end of the tour, we will end at LA Chinatown, it is not far from Disneyland, takes around 35 minutes by taxi if no traffic problems.

The tour package includes 4 nights hotel accommodation and transportation, but does not include meals.
At present, we does not have Bahasa Indonesia tours, we only sell English and Chinese tours.

"Buy two get one free" applies to the situation where there are three persons in one room, so you can simply book two rooms with 3 in each one to enjoy the promotion discount. Surely you can get 3 rooms with 2 in each one; it just depends on your own choice, yet with that choice, you will not be able to enjoy the "buy two get one free" policy.
If you choose 4/29 as the departure date, then the tour ends on 04/30, and you can choose to be dropped off at any of the pick up location. Also if you need the post-tour hotel extension, you can simply put the related request in Comments section when making the reservation.

Actually if you join this tour, you can choose to end the tour either at Boston or at New York City. If you choose to end the tour at New York City, we will offer the transportation from Boston to New York City for free. Meanwhile, please make sure your departure flight from New York City is after 7:30pm if you choose to conclude the trip at New York.

The existing tours on our website are the winter ones, while for the summer Rocky tours departing from about May to September, we probably can advertise the details next month, so would you please wait for a while and come to see the tours next month.
