If one of the pick up places is Chinatown at what time would this be and would that also be a drop off destination as well and approximately what time would we be dropped off at the end of the trip? I don't want to be left somewhere late at night. 2. Can you guarantee English speaking tour guides and bus drivers? 3. How do you pay for the extra excusions that you choose and when do you choose them? 4. Here are the respons to your questions:
1. The detailed pick up time and location at Chinatown is 5:00pm-Chinatown, 48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013.
When you choose to be picked up in above pickup location instead of airport pickup, please DO write down your reqiurement in the comment column when you book this tour online in advance, so we can arrange this.
The approximately ending time is 7:00pm-8:30pm.
2. We will try to arrange the English speaking tour guide if you request, however it's not 100% gauranteed as sometimes Asian people may join the same tour so that tour guide has to be bilingual.
3. Customer pay for the extra optional tours directly to the tour guide in cash.
4. The hotel accommodations will be confirmed 1-3 days prior to departure date.
5. Itinerary will be confirmed 1-2 business days after we start processing the reservation.

For this tour we provide airport pick up, so you can start your tour from EWR/JFK/LGA airport, or 11:30am-Flushing, 135-17 40th Rd., Flushing, NY 11354;5:00pm-Chinatown, 48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013. You can end the tour in either BOS airport or any of the New York airport (EWR/JFK/LGA) or either of the two pick up locations.
The hotels in Manhattan are usually around $200 and up per room per night depending on the dates. So we do recommend for hotels around the Flushing area, or around any of the New York airports.

Should the tour is cancelled on our side, first of all we will update that information with you and recommend other available similar tours. However, if you confirm that you will have to give up the reservation, we will make the refund immediately by check, by Paypal or by credit card, which is simply on your choice.
You are ensured that we offer English service during the trip, yet sometimes we also offer Chinese service if need be.
