We are pleased to hear that you are interested in booking a tour with us!
If you were to book a tour of 6 people under current promotion, buy 2 get 1 free, and one person could not make it there is no refund to give. Please be aware that 2 people are going for free so there would be no refund if someone in your group decided not to go.
To answer your 2nd question, yes you can replace one person for another but you would have to let us know well before the departure date of your tour and there will be a $30 amendment fee if you change a guest after the tour have been confirmed.

Q: Hi, 3 of us are planning to travel from Pasadena to LA for this tour - where do we alight in LA? I noticed that there is a buy 2 get one free promotion but when I click to book the pricing come out to be $916 and not $836. Perhaps I have indicated wrongly or something. Please guide me on how to book. We are planning to book the tour on monday 25th April 2011. Will there be any tour conducted on that date? Are all meals covered on this tour? As the tour includes LAX, so you can simply alight at LAX to join the tour.
In terms of "buy two get one free ", first it applies to three persons living in one room, and the price for two persons living in one room is: $916.00=double room price*2+additional fee $80. You can check the "pricing" to find more details. Also if you want to take the "Buy two get one free" policy, please make sure to put the related message in the Comments section when making the reservation.
As the tour is conducted every Tue. and Sat., so you are suggested to adjust your departure date to 26th April or 23th April.
