If you are not interested in an optional tour to Corning Glass Center, then you have some free time to walk around and explore the area. However you can't stay on the bus for safety reasons.

Throughout the whole trip, the tour guide will stop during the meal period and have all passengers visit to a food court with different food choices including fast food and other type of food. There is a restroom on the bus but it is for emergency use only, the bus will stop every 2-3 hours for restroom break and refreshments.

On the day of the trip, the tour guide will be asking all the guests if anyone wish to participate reserving the optional tours and handle a bus ticket to them for internal transfer in West Rim. There are no optional tours cab be offered only for boat ride in West Rim, it is combined tour with Helicopter and Boat ride only available for guests who join the optional tour.

Unfortunately we cannot provide any letters or documentations for you before purchasing the tour. Once the tour is confirmed, any cancellation will subject to our cancellation and refund policy.
