Q: hello, there are 5 of us who want to take this tour. im confused. how do i book us? do I put 5people for the lodging? or do I just put 4people because the 1 is already counted as free?

If there are five of you willing to take the tour, you will have to have at least two rooms. Maximum occupancy per room is 4 people.
The room configuration I suggest is:
Room 1: 3 people
Room 2: 2 people.
The tour you desired has the "buy 2 get 1 free" promotion. If you follow my room configuration, you will have 1 person's tour price free for the first room. For the 2nd room, if you have a 3rd person, they may also attend the tour without paying the tour price.
Please note: If you do not have a 3rd person for the 2nd room and would like to add the 3rd person later on, you will incur a $30 amendment fee to add on that 3rd person.
Please book this tour with 2 rooms.

The tours are run on 50-60 passenger tour coaches. We generally keep a few seats open for more comfortable seating. Also, the coaches will have cushioned seats and enough leg room to seat comfortably.
Most passengers on our tours are couples, families, and retirees. For senior citizens, the tour is leisurely enough for senior singles to enjoy themselves.

Please make sure the tour is confirmed successfully and also the flight information for your tour is requested before you book your flights.
Generally, the first night's hotel will be the Sheraton EWR and will be close to the Newark (EWR) airport. Please note: your first night's hotel must be confirmed in your official booking. Also, please do not book the flights until the tour has been confirmed.
We suggest you plan to book a flight at Newark as it should be the closest to the first night's hotel.
