The 2-day tour you are interested in generally has no problems departing. New York departure tours depart 99% of the time, especially Niagara Falls tours.
If you choose to opt out of the ride back to the bus or not use any part of the tour, there is no discount offered.

The time you are picked up from the airport depends on your flight's arrival time.
If you choose the departure date in May 27th, then you will be picked up in May 27th for your airport transfer to the airport. The end date on a May 27th tour is April 5 2011.
If you are paying by cash deposit and are outside the US, you will have to have someone in the US make a cash deposit payment for you. Otherwise, you can use the wire transfer method. However, the wire transfer method does not provide an additional 2% discount.
