Dear customer service staff, I am curious about your buy 2 get 1 free offer. For some tours, the third person is free but for other tours you listed, only the hotel stay for the third person is free. I would appreciate if you could clarify the difference.
For most tours that do not additional tickets (theme park tickets, national park tickets, etc), then the "buy 2 get 1 free" promotion offers the 3rd person's tour price free.
For tours that include theme park tickets and other fees, then the "buy 2 get 1 free" promotion only covers the tour price and there may be additional costs for the free 3rd person that must be paid for. However, those costs will be a lot less than paying the full tour cost.
I am planning to take this tour in march 17, 2011. Is there any way you can hook me up with somebody to share the double-occupancy rate for savings reason coz i will be traveling by myself. Your response and help is appreciated. Thank you
Ron Susaya
Again my question in easy words concerning 3 days trip from LA. I will be already in Solvang on april 6th. Starting from LA your bus tour makes a stop in Solvang on april 6th. So why I can,t enter the bus and start the tour in Solvang - of course for the full price ? I don,t want to drive from Solvang to LA in the early morning of april 6th just to join the tour that is coming 1 hour later to Solvang. I hoped you would be a little bit more flexibel. So please tell me again ?
You are sharing this tour with 40-50 other people. The tour guide immediately starts the tour when the get to Solvang. If 40-50 people have to wait for the tour guide to find you before they can start the tour, it will not be fair to the other tourists.
The tour bus's stopping location is not fixed. It will be up to the bus driver to find the place he/she would like to park. You will have to coordinate with the bus driver to find out where they are. If you are unable to meet with the bus driver and tour guide in Solvang, you will miss the tour.
The tour bus driver, other tourists, and tour guide will not make special stops or accommodations to meet you mid tour because it will affect the quality of the tour as well as the schedule of the tour.
This is why we do not allow people to meet at any attraction other than the specified pick up locations.
We apologize for the inconvenience, however; the tour guide must consider the well being of the other tourists on his tour.
Good evening, I'd like to ask: how can I know in advance if the tour is operated by bus or by van? It's very important for me, as I'd like to carry my suitcase...
Thank you very much!
Roberta
Depending on the tour sign up. This tour can be conducted with a van or a bus service. If you give us your desired departure date, we can check on that particular date for you.
Hello, I am planning on going on the June 11th tour..We have 5 people how does that work with ticket buying? We want to use the buy 2 get 2 but what about our 5th person and we have several children so we cant do 2 bedrooms..
Thanks
Wendy
If you have 5 people, you must book 2 rooms. Maximum occupancy per room is 5 people. As long as 4 people share 1 room, you can have 2 people's ticket price free.
Hi we would be arriving in NYC on 16 April or 17 April . We are interested in the 8 day ec and canada tour. Wondering how can we fit into your tour schedule.
Do u have any tours to new England or Martha vinyard? We are thinking of having two tours as we will be in states for about 18 days.
We are considering the 2@@plush;2 offers
The tour ends in airport only ? It will not take us to the hotel if we decide to extend our stay ,is that correct?
Thanks
The stated tour is a tour of the mid-east and is a great way to explore the Midwest US if you are not interested in the traditional Niagara Falls, Washington D.C. and east coast tour.
The mid-east US tour take you to many locales including the dixie horse show, the Coca Cola Factory, CNN studios, Grace Land, and much more.
On the last day of a tour that includes airport transfers, the airport is the only place the tour transfers to.
This tour is an independent travel tour and will not have a tour guide. You will receive a brochure for this tour letting you know the available trips and tours for particular dates. On certain dates, there will be a local host that informs you of the activities for that date.
The tour price includes the hotels and transportation to each of the regions. It will not include day by day excursions. Those excursions you will have to pay for yourself.
Hi, I would be interessted in you 3 days package starting in Los Angeles on april, 6th 2011. As I am visiting friends in Solvang on april, 4th and Solvang is the first stop on you tour - is there a chance for me to start this tour there and enter the toursbus on the place where you park for your visiting tour ? That would be a great help for me. Thanks in advance - Susann from Germany
We will not make any special stops for personal pick ups while on the tour. You cannot enter a tour midway after the tour starts. If you would like this tour, you will have to start with the whole tour group in Los Angeles.
Also, you will be sharing this tour with 40-50 other people on the tour coach. Please note: the Solvang stop is only for a few hours. You will not have a lot of time to meet with your friends in Solvang.
Thanks Steve for your answer, just one more question.
After check in or leave luggage at the hotel on the first day before noon, is it convenience to go to downtown area (NYC) or go to Woodbery Outlet? I guest that the hotel should be around EWK and I'm not sure there will be subway or bus to go to any places or not.
The check into a hotel is schedule to be available after 3p.m. If you arrive early, you may ask the hotel if the room is ready for an early check-in or if you can use their bell service to keep and store your luggage for your night's stay.
From the first night's hotel in Newark New Jersey, it will take about 15-20 mins to get to the Central Manhattan region.
For subway or public transportation, you will have to find your own transportation to your desired areas. However, taking public transportation may cause a 15-20 minute taxi ride to turn into 30 mins - 1 hour trip.
We will have a group of 21 students. Some of them are family members with different size. Can you quote me different rates for double, triple, and 4-bed occupancy? Is breakfast included in hotel reservation? Is there other cost (park admission, etc.) to be paid besides lunch & dinner?
Is it possible that our group size is big enough to become a private tour?
We are seriously consider your tour (7/16~7/23). We are wondering whether you can arrange someone we can contact directly with. Thanks.
The general per person tour price is $548 per person.
This tour offers a 5% group discount for groups above 10 or more people. If you pay by the cash deposit or wire transfer method, you will receive an additional 2% off.
This tour currently has a "buy 2 get 1 free" offer. This means, if 3 people share 1 room then the 3rd person's ticket price is free.
So, the triple occupancy price will be the same as the double occupancy price for this tour ($1,096).
If you have 4 people sharing 1 room, then the price is (2 double room tickets or $548 * 2) + ( 3rd person free or $0) + (4th person counted as triple room ticket rate or $$498) = $1,594
Please note: Each room will contain 2 queen sized or full sized beds. There are no rooms with 3 single beds or 4 single beds. If 4 people share 1 room, they must share the two queen sized or full sized beds provided.
Breakfast is generally not included on the tour. If a hotel has an available breakfast, the breakfast is not guaranteed and will be the hotel's choice to provide.
