The Itinerary generally does not change. However, we will have to confirm your tour on your particular date before we can confirm any details.
Please book the tour when you are ready. You are correct. The Thousand Islands Cruise is generally not available until May. Quebec may be an available visit. We will need to confirm this for 4/5/2011.
Hi,
We are interested in your tour, Can you also organise accomodation before and after tour ? We have 2 children aged 14 and 10, will they be in our room or is it adjoining rooms
Yes, we can arrange accommodations before and after a tour. We generally offer hotels near airports. The hotel offered will generally provide shuttle service to and from LAX. If you would like a quote on an airport hotel and a pre-tour and post-tour hotel extension, please let us know during the "comments" section of your booking.
If you only book 1 room. the maximum occupancy for that room is 4 people. This means your children will stay in the same room as you. Each room has two queen sized or full sized beds.
If you have two rooms, each room will still have two beds and each person may have their own bed. However, we cannot guarantee adjoining rooms. We can try to place your family in adjoining rooms, however; it cannot be guaranteed as not all hotels offer adjoining rooms. All hotel rooms on the same booking will be in the same floor or the hotel or close by all rooms.
I'm interesting in tour code 46-153, my questions are
1) I will arrive NY earlier and I want to meet with tour guide at JFK on the morning of first day so what time I have to arrive JFK in the morning? after met tour guide what time I will arrive hotel for check in (or leave my luggage)? then I can go outside.
2) Are there any internet WIFI on tour bus and hotel? Is there any cost charge?
3) How can we book seat on the bus after booked the tour?
4) Can we leave laptop on the bus during it stop for visit the place?
5) How many people in the tour group?
The earliest pickup that can be arranged out of JFK is at 9:00 am. You will usually arrive at the hotel booked for the first night about an hour and 30 minutes later.
You can book your tour online right on the tour's details page via the easy book section.
The hotels usually have wifi at additional minimal fees, but the busses do not currently have wifi. Fees can range from $8-$15 per hour.
You can leave your laptops on the bus, but please bear in mind that the tour guide or driver will not be responsible for anything that is lost on the bus so we advise that you bring your laptops with you in a carry case/ bag.
The busses used for the tour are 50 seater busses and groups total to 30-40 travelers on average.

The tour only offers pickups out of ORL airport or, you can also choose to arrange your own transportation to the hotel booked for the first night on tour (usually located at the Lake Buena Vista area). You are definitely free to arrange your own airfare from NYC if need be and arrive at ORL airport anytime between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm to take advantage of the free trasnsfers offered.

Hi.
I am interested in this 8 day tour of Canada.
1. There are a few attractions which are listed as seasonal. Would the beginning of April 2011 be considered "in season"?
- boat ride on St. Lawrence and boat ride on Maid of the Mist
2. Would we see the Niagara Falls illumination or has the bus departed by that time of night?
3. It appears as though Day 1 is spent in New York. I live in New York and would not require accommodation that night. Would there be some sort of discount for excluding this day of the tour?
4. It appears as though the tours depart on either Monday / Thursday only. I this correct?
Kind regards,
Dominique
1. Generally, by late april the Maid of the Mist will be operational, however; this is subject to reconfirmation for your particular tour date as well as the weather. Both the St. Lawrence Boat Ride and the Maid of the mist will be open during the heavier summer season around late April to Early May. The schedules have not been set up yet. Please check back later on.
2. If there is enough time and no delays, the tour bus will head to Niagara falls to see the illumination of the falls at night. If there were traffic or weather delays, the tour guide may opt the group out of the illumination.
3. There is no discount for opting out from any part of your tour. If you pay for the tour using the cash deposit payment method, we can give you an additional 2% off the tour price.
I am planning to visit US in May, 2011 along with my wife and daughter (21Yrs). We would like to book the tour No.23-4095 starting NewYork on 12th May. I would like to know the concession which you can show. We require a triple sharing room only. What is the package cost. Is the food included. Can arrangements be made to pick us up at New Jersey
You can request for a triple bed room for your tour in the "comments" section when you make the booking for this tour, however; each of our rooms is default double bed rooms. Which means, each room will have 2 queen sized or full sized beds. For triple single beds, we will have to reconfirm if it is possible for your tour and additional fees may apply.
If you would all like separate beds, I suggest booking 2 rooms.
If you would all like to stay in one room, I suggest you and your wife sleep on one bed and your daughter have the 2nd free bed.
Your tour current offers the "buy 2 get 1 free" promotion. To qualify for this promotion, you must have 3 people sharing 1 room. Then the 3rd person's ticket price is free.
The package costs depends on the date you are booking for. Please go into the itinerary and use the easy book section's pricing calculator to calculate your costs.
There is no maximum luggage allowed per person. We will do our best to accommodate your luggage. If you have any special luggage requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For longer trips, we suggest having international sized luggage and enough change of clothing for the exact number of days of your tour with the addition of 4-5 more sets of clothing. Also, check weather.com for the expectant weather during your tour.
If the tour starts on wednsday it arrives back in New York on Monday right? Also if my flight gets to LGA at 1pm and you pick us up, are we able to check in to the hotel or do we have to wait until a certain check-in time. If the hotels along the tour have to be changed to what you say is a comparable one, is it sure to be a 4star also?
If your 6-day tour starts on wednesday, you will arrive back on monday.
If you arrive early for an airport transfer, the hotel check in time is scheduled at 3 p.m. You may not be able to check in until that time, however; our tour guide or shuttle drivers may try and help you check in earlier.
Generally, if you arrive at LGA at 1p.m. you will need at least 30 min - 1 hour to get off the plane and retrieve your luggage. It will be 2 p.m. by then and will leave you an additional hour for restroom breaks, snack breaks, or souvenir shopping.
If you have a flight arrival before 5 p.m. and are at the first night's hotel by 3-4 p.m.; you will be able to partake in the New York City optional night tour. The tour offers a glimpse of NYC at night time and will visit Times square and Broadway illuminations at night. The optional tour fee will cost $25 to be paid in cash to the tour guide while you are on the tour.
If a hotel change is necessary, the hotel rating will be similar to the default hotel provided. In other words, if the tour offers a 4 star hotel and, for some unforeseen reason, the default hotel is not available; another 4-star hotel will be provided.
