Q: HI, I'm trying to make my booking but could not continue - the message shown is "arrival time is incorrect". We are arriving in Honolulu at 5:55 PM so i'm encoding the time as 17:55 based on the instruction on how to input the time as (HH:MM) e.g. 15:30 pm. Can you please assist. Cheers! You may input the flight times are you like. The system should accept either times based on Military time or Civilian time.
The "arrival time is incorrect" message may be referring to the departure date you selected and the flight date you selected. Please check on that.
Otherwise, try submitting the times in civilian time. I.E. 5:55 p.m. = 5:55 p.m.

Breakfasts are generally not included. If the hotel offers breakfast, it will be the hotel's decision to provide the breakfast.
Generally, per meal is around $10-20 depending on what you eat. We suggest bringing around that amount per meal.

The Corning Glass Center is only a stop along the way to Niagara Falls. We do not stop of have lodgings at Corning. The tour only stops at the Corning Glass Center for 1-2 hours. We do not suggest a meeting at Corning and there will not be extended stops at Corning.

Q: Hi, A friend and myself are interested in doing this tour departing NY on the 1st December 2011 and have a few questions. If we are already in NY before the tour commences can we be picked up from our hotel or would we need to meet somewhere? And on the last day of the tour if we want to finish in NY will the tour guide drop us off at JFK airport? Also is there a weight limit as to how much we can have in our suitcase? Thanks. If you are already in NY before the tour, you will have to meet us at the pick up locations listed on this tour. We will not offer pick ups from personal hotels / locations.
On the last day of the tour, you will be dropped off at one of the New York airports. The tour guide will be able to drop you off at JFK.
There is no weight limit for the luggage. However, airlines have luggage weight limits. Please consult your particular airline on their weight limit policy.
