They are both similar in hotel accommodations, travel itinerary, and tour quality. The differences are the actual hotel accommodations used for the tour, the tour guides, and the tour departure locations. Tour 47-650 tends to have more experienced tour guides operating the tour. Both tours do not visit the Cave of the Winds.

Q: Hi; I am interested in the 3 day Niagara Falls Tour from NYC; we are a couple (German and Argentiniean) and we found some complaints in the Internet and these are our concerns: 1-"English speaker tour guide"? 2- Air conditioned on the bus? 3- Are the mentioned places (i.e. Lincoln and Jefferson Memorial, Museum of natural history, Phila Independence Hall) true STOPS; or the bus just go over them without stoping? 1. This tour will have a bilingual tour guide conducting the tour in English and Chinese.
2. Yes, the tour bus will be air conditioned.
3. Most of the stops are actual stops for you to visit and take pictures, there are only a couple that are drive by (i.e. White House, Capitol Hill) as the tour will not have time or be able to stop to go to those sights. Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials, Museum of Natural History, and Independance Hall are all stops.
