Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riot and many other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances. Tour providers also reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, and refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a tour group.
If we can not confirm or cancel the tour, we will fully refund you or recommend other similar tours to you.

There is a wash room in the middle of the tour bus, but it is for emergency use only, our driver will stop every 1-2 hours for you to go to the wash room.The tour hotel can not be confirmed by until tour confirmed by us. This information is available before the day before tour depature date. We will end the tour in Chinatown, NY at around 8:30-9:30pm the last day.

Q: hi i am planning to book 2 tickets on the Tour code 46-2966 and have the following questions. Tour start date is 25 jun 2011. 1.) Since my parents ( father and mother) will be joining i presume i need not purchase additional tickets as you have an offer of buy2 get 2 free. Please confirm 2.) I will be arriving on the 22nd morning can i get a taxi ride to a hotel from where the tour will start from on 25 th june. I shall make the extra payment for 3 nights stay in the hotel. 3.) As were are vegetarians( Indians) we would like to know what kind of food would be made available for us to buy and consume. 4.) What will be the approximate start and end time on any day of the tour ex: 9 am to 6 pm. 5.) As we are a family of four members, will we be accomadated in a single hotel room (min 2 queen size beds.). If 4 people will share one hotel room (it is a double room with 2 queen-sized or full sized beds), you can qualify for the buy 2 get 2 free offer. The tour cost will be $736.00 in total, please reserve the tour as 4 people for one room. We have reserve four seats for you although 2 people will be free. If you need pre-tour hotel extension at the same hotel as our first night hotel, please leave a message to tell us when booking, we will quote and arrange it accordingly.As for the meals on tour, usually our tour guide will take you to the food court or buffet to have meals, most of the customers can find their food there, but Indian food is not guaranteed.Usually, the tour will start at around 8:00am from the hotel lobby, and come back hotel at around 9:00pm after supper..If you choose June 25th as your departure date, the tour will end on June 30th, if you will depart NY the next day, we can arrange post tour hotel extension near the airport for you. Please bring relevant travel document (passport, Alien Card, Visa). You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents for visiting Canada and returning to the United States including your valid photo ID, passport and visa. Please check with according authorities for detailed requirements.
Visa is not required. However, please bring your Photo I.D and proof of citizenship (U.S. birth certificate or naturalization certificate) for re-entry to the United States. A passport is highly recommended. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate.
If you are not an American citizen or permanent resident, please bring your passport, I-94 card or resident alien card. Due to heightened security at the border, additional paperwork is required from visitors from some countries. This only applies to a very few countries. Please be aware of the status of your country or origin or check with the local immigration office to ensure that multiple-entry into the U.S. is allowed. This will avoid unnecessary delays. Should any person be detained upon re-entry to the U.S., we will be unable to wait while the additional paperwork is filed. Additional charges may apply for transportation.

Q: Hello, I have some questions regarding to the tour 46-2966. We are now in the USA and planing to travel after the 9th of September. So, actually, we don't need a pick-up from airport. Would it be possible to meet your tour guide or the other your company's representative in Manhattan on the 10th of September after 7:00 p.m. (that's when our bus arrives in NYC)? If so, than how we should inform you that we want to meet the tour guide in Manhattan when booking a trip? The next question is, is the airport tansfer after the tour included into the price? And the last question would be, what are the factors from which the final price of the tour depends on? Because you tell that the price of the tour is "from $368". If you do not need the airport pickup for the first day, you can choose to self-transfer to our first night hotel, we will send you the hotel detail when tour confirmed. Or you can choose to meet the tour guide at 5:00pm-Chinatown, 48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013. Please just leave a message to us when booking, then we will arrange it accordingly.The tour package includes free airport drop off the last day. Please book your departure flight from NYC area airport (EWR, JFK, or LGA) after 7:30 PM. If you are departing from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), please book your flight after 1:00 PM.Please calculate the price by yourself in our website by inputting your selection, then you can get the final price for your tour.
