Q: What is the size of the bus? Is there any special requirement/restriction for 2yr old? It is 5 days tour and so i am assuming that you are allowing to carry enough luaggage. Is there any restriction on that?

The coach we utilize to carry customers usually can hold 50+ passengers.There are no restrictions for 2 year olds joining this tour.Yes, we have restriction on the luggage. Each passenger is able to carry 1 standard luggage.

Basically we offer pick-up service from Midtown Manhattan hotels between 23rd St and 74th St to/from NYC airport with assistant.
We DO offer pick up at Chelsea Star Hotel (300 West 30th Street).
We only ask that If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us. For this tour it includes airfare from NYC to Niagara Falls. If you need to purchase separate airfare from your hometown to NYC, to wait for our confirmation for the tour first.
The tour is still available for June 14, however there is only 1 seat left as of right now so we strongly suggest you book the tour for a later departure date.

Q: Hi ! My questions are: 1.) If I can bring 2 big bags, a laptop bag, a carry-on bag with me on the trip ? I ask because I am an Au-PAir here in America and after this trip I will fly back home after I was 1 year here. So I have a lot of stuff that I must take with me. 2.) We will end the tour in NY city is it okay when my friend and I will end our tour there and not drive with to the airport, because our flight to Germany will go on the next day ? You maximum advised number of large pieces of luggage is 2 and not more than 2 carry ons per traveler.
You can request for a dropoff in Flushing NY or in Chinatown Manhattan in the comments section when booking the tour online if you choose not to end at the NYC airports.

Regretfully, the seats are assigned in the order that they are booked so there is no way we can guarantee your seat assigment requests. Changes to assigned seats can usually be requested with the tour guide directly on your first day on tour.

1. Yes, they are required to pay the service fees also.
2. Yes, you will need to pay the optional NYC tour fee, if you wish to join. The price of the tour will remain the same, if you should not take the complimentary airport transfer.

The hotels for the tour will be confirmed to you after we receive and process your reservation. We can recommend a hotel to you nearby the JFK aiport instead: International JFK Airport Hotel
Please book the hotel extension at the International JFK Airport Hotel and we will arrange airport pick up for you at JFK on Dec 10. Please note that airport pick up is only available on Day 1 of the tour, or you may self transfer to the hotel on Day 1 of the tour.
