Tour prices are subject to hotel availability. If hotels are sold out, we will offer similar hotels of the same grade at the same price, or a hotel upgrade option for an upgrade fee. If you should need to upgrade your hotel, due to standard hotel sell out, we reserve the right to make price adjustments without prior notice, in order to continue processing your reservation.Please note that due to holiday season and the tour sell very well, our LA non-upgraded hotels may become SOLD OUT at any time. If you want to book your tour departing during that time, in order to keep a smooth journey, please make sure to upgrade your LA hotel.
If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m, please arrange your flight information after your tour has been confirmed by us accordingly. We do offer free airport transfer on the last day of the tour only.

Q: Hello, I and my girlfriend are going to take this trip on July 09 2011. I have 2 other friends who really really want to join us (Buy 2 Get 2 FREE) to cut costs. Yet, they are unsure about their work schedule as they are asking for a vacation from their office. My question is: if right now we book the trip on the date above as 1 room for 4 adults (Buy 2 Get 2 FREE) but eventually my 2 friends cannot join us (which means it's only me and my girlfriend left), do we have to pay any penalty fees or not? Please inform us the amendment at least 7 days before the departure, then we can cancel the 2 people from your order, and for this amendment, you are subject to pay $30.00 amendment fee.But if you do not tell us 7 days before, and 2 customers are no shows for the tour, No-shows on the tour departure date will be assessed a $358 penalty fee per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide in order to participate on the tour.
We highly recommend that you first book your tour for you and your girlfriend, and should your friends confirm that they can join, then add them on for a $30 service fee instead, to avoid Cancellation fees and No Show Fees.

Usually, you can come back to hotel at around 9:00pm after supper. The hotel will be in the near city, perhaps around 20-30 minutes away.

The optional NYC night tour is $25 per person.
We are not able to tell you the number of passengers confirmed for this tour, as tour bookings change hourly.
This tour has a higher chance of selling out instead, due to the high travel season.

Yes, as long as you have 3 people in one room, the first 2 passengers pay the double rate (per passenger), and the 3rd travels for free.
Complimentary airport transfer is only available on day 1 of the tour, not prior. You can choose to take a hotel extension that we offer, nearby your arriving airport and have pick up at that airport on Day 1 of your tour or you can self transfer to the hotel on Day 1.

Q: I have some questions regarding to the tour 2-131: 1. Are breakfasts included in the tour? (I checked the hotels' websites and it is written that the breakfast is already included in the hotel accomodation fee). 2. On the day to the Universal Studio, will we visit the Hollywood Walk of Fame? What time will we go back to the hotel on that day? 3. The hotel in San Fransisco is very far away from San Fransisco (actually the hotel is in Union City) and there is few fast food or restaurant near the hotel. Where can we buy food there? 1. Breakfast is not included in the tour. Hotels are not required to provide breakfast for the passengers traveling on this tour. Many do not and will not offer breakfast. There have been a select few that have offered on various tours that are available on our website.
2. This tour will not visit the Hollywood Walk of Fame on the Universal Studios day. The tour will return to the hotel between 6:00-7:00pm.
3. The tour guide will take the group to arranged meal stops for the tour before returning to the hotel.
