I am arriving in LA on 26-Aug-2011 and would like to visit LV and grand canyon. your tour code 2-351 matched most of my requirement.
need to clarify the following;
1) as your tour is LA - LV - LA, i would like to extend my stay in LV (hotel book by myself), is it possible for me to defer my return date to LA and taking your company bus again?
As this is a group guided tour, you will not be able to defer your return date. Each bus has pre-booked passengers and will not allow additional passengers to board the bus to use as a shuttle service.
Hi,
Thanks for the quick response regarding my inquiries about the pick up and drop off locations.
I saw in your website about this tour 46-150 that included airport drop off only. so can i request the drop off point for the last day tour at New york airport for our onward departure instead at Bowery St, Chinatown NY?
Thanks!
Regards,
Eduardo Reyes

on the tour 46-143 , it is said to book airline out of buffalo after 1:30... i can get a plane leaving at 1:40 , is 1:30 the time the bus arrives at the buffalo airport?
If you book your flights out at 1:40pm there should not be any major issues however if you can find a different flight it would be best. The 1:30pm is quote as the time you should book your flights out however we will be at the airport a bit earlier; the 1:30pm quote accounts for any occurrence of delay however as traffic conditions and weather conditions are not predictable we would like to recommended pushing the flight time back a bit.

I'm asking one more time, i know all additional charging, I want to know about HOTEL... how much does it cost approximately for 1 day (service and meals) if i CHOOSE the option to pay for meals and service that TOUR GUIDE ARRANGES??? APPROXIMATELY ?? $100-$300(per person, per night) or $400-$500 if i'll use MINIMUM service and meals???
Please note the hotel does not furnish any meals at this time; as you noted in a previous Question and Answer you were already aware of the $6.00 per day per night service fee. Please note when we state on the website "you have the option to pay for meals that tour guide arranges" we are not referring to a where a tour guide has a set meal plan of locations to visit; this can simply can be interpreted as the tour guide will have the ability to assist guest in deciding where to make meal stops but not arrange meals at these stops. We hope this information has clarified any confusion this may have caused.

Hi ! I understood everything except ONE detail. Could you tell me if i will go with my friend to "3-Day Bus Tour to Washington D.C. , Philadelphia, Niagara Falls from New York (47-650)", except $132, $6 for guide, and museums, how much i will spend(per person) for the hotel(meals, service) if i chose the option to pay for meals and service that tour guide arranges?? i want to know approximate cost. Thanx!
Additional costs include the following: Thousand Island Cruise (APR - Oct): Adult $18:00; Maid of the Mist (APR - Oct24): Adult $13.50 ; Corning Glass Center : Adult: $14.00; IMAX Movie (Niagara Falls): Adult:$11.00.
Since our customers choose/purchase their own meals, price depends on the individual's selections. Guests should prepare $20 USD to $30 USD for three meals per person per day. The tour guide only arranges the meal stops.

We have 4 adults wanting to book the 7 or 8 day Yellowstone trip. We would like to take advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free offer, but we would need two rooms at all the hotels. How would this discount work for us?
In order to be qualified for the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer, you need to have more than 2 persons in a hotel room. In your case, you should book one room for four adults if you want to enjoy the offer.

How do we add helicopter and boat ride options - what is the cost - How long do we stay at the Canyon and is the western side the best viewing side? Thank you
When you're on the tour, simply let the tour guide know that you want to join the Helicopter & Cruise Combo, which is $179.00 /person. We usually stay at the Canyon for 2-3 hours and West Rim is as popular as the South Rim.

Hello, this is Irene from Spain.
I would like to know if it's possible to get the tour in spanish, I'm traveling with my family many of them don't speak english.
furthermore, I would like to confirm some details about the visa requirements from USA to Canada. I've seen on the Canadian goverment web site that it's unnecessary for spanish citizens, is this true?
Thank you in advance, I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.
US & Canada side: A valid passport and visa are required to enter Canada.
We do no process Visa Applications and are therefore unable to answer your Visa questions. Please visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp for visa requirements and exemptions for visitors.
