Hi Nicole:

After October the optional Maid of the Mist and Thousand Islands will not be available. You will be provided additional time in Niagara Falls.
In Late November and December, Quebec will be substituted with additional time spent at the other Canadian sights.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
You mentioned meal cost as $15-$20 per meal. That sounds quite expensive. Is it per person?

Hi Adnan Butt:

The price of $15-$20 is per person. The price generally depends on where the tour guide arranges the meals.

Generally they will be at fast food courts or at International Buffets.

You can choose to purchase these meals or you can dine in your hotel room (if that offer is available) or you can bring along your own meals.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
Thanks for your prompt answer. I need some further clarifications: We are a family of four - me, my wife, and 2 kids (13 & 16). Can we take one room for all 4 of us? Will the tour cost be $1260 in that case for all 4 of us? Will there be 4 beds in one room or 2 double beds? In case of 2 double beds, what is the size of the beds (Queen size? King size?)

Hi Adnan Butt:

The maximum capacity in 1 room is 4 people. The total price for 4 people and one room will equal to $1260 because this tour offers the "buy2 get 2 free" option.

The room will generally carry 2 double beds, either full or queen size.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
I am interested in the tour 46-153 for my family and I (2 adults and 2 teenage children - 13y & 16y old) starting 23-July-2011. I have the following questions: 1. If we take 2 rooms, what is the tour price for our family of 4? Is it $630x2=$1260 ? 2. Is breakfast included in the tour cost or not? 3. What average meals cost should we budget for on the tour? 4. Will children rates apply for optional activities in my case for my 2 children? 5. Can we skip the first night stay at the hotel in NY and start the next morning? What will be the discount in that case? - Adnan

Hi Adnan Butt:

1. The price for 2 equals to $1260.
In your case the price breakdown is:

Room 1: 2 Adult Tickets= $1,260.00
Room 2: 2 Adult Tickets= $1,260.00
 Total Amount = $2,520.00

The "buy 2 get 1 free" offer is only on a share room basis. Meaning 3/4 people have to share one room for that offer to apply.

2. Meals are not included in the tours price. However, you will have the option to purchase meals that the tour guide will have scheduled on a daily basis. Hotels do not include breakfast.

3. The meals range from $15-$20 per meal.

4. Yes there will be a cover charge for children. Please review the pricing section for this tour for more information:

5. You can skip the first nights hotel accommodation, but the price will remain the same. You can spend the first night how ever you like. Keep in mind that it will be your responsibility to self transfer your self back to your hotel for tour departure on Day 2, if you do choose to explore New York on your own.
The tour's price is set with hotel accommodations and transportations, the price cannot be altered in any way, as it is a pre-packaged tour.

Hi HAROLD SULLIVAN:

Unfortunately, we do not offer any parking structures for your vehicle.

You can meet the tour guide at the Denver airport meeting hall in front of the fountain area before 11:30am.

Otherwise, you will have to self transfer to the first nights hotel.
