Q: Hello! My friend bought the tour 2-604 on the name of her but it seems that she may not come. What are the consequences if she will cancel the trip for her but I still want to attend? What if we both cancell? What if I found someone who would like to share the trip with me instead of her? Thanks a lot for the reply!

Depending on the tour departure date and when you submit your Cancellation Form, the Cancellation Fee will calculated based upon that information.
If you should cancel one or both passengers on the tour, that passenger(s) will be charged the applicable Cancellation Fees.
If you should wish to change the passenger from one to another, you will be charged a $30 Amendment Fee for this change.

Q: If I choose not to visit Universal Studio on the last day, do I still get a airport transfer on the last day ? alternately, if I wish to extend for another night or two at your suggestion hotel Radisson LAX, do you provide transfer between these 2 hotels (not joining Universal Studion on last day) ? Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day. The tour group will drop off passengers only at the airport on the last day of the tour. If the last day should be a theme park and you are not with the group, you will need to arrange for your own airport transfer from hotel.
This tour cannot provide transportation for you from hotel to Radisson LAX. It will only drop off at the LAX airport. If you book the Radisson LAX hotel, you can take their hotel shuttle bus from LAX to the hotel.

If you do not participate in the activities with the tour group (leave with the tour group) on those two days, you do not need to pay tour guide service fees. Please note that you will not be provided transportation anywhere on those days and they will be free days for you to enjoy on your own.
We do have an alternative tour for you to consider, should you wish to take the same tour, but without Disneyland and Universal Studios.

Q: Hi, me and my husband would like to join this tour in July. We are planning to come to Seattle from Portland by Amtrak train. Checking Amtrak schedule says, we will be arriving Seattle at 12pm. This is my first time visit to the Continent and I am not familiar with the train system nor the cities. May I know if you could pick us up at Amtrak stations or any advice on how to come from Amtrak station to your pick-up points? Will there be any timing issue? Appreciate your kind advice. Thanks. You will simply have to self transfer to the pick up points, possibly by taxi or any other public transit.If your train should be delayed for any reason, the last pick up points are at the Seattle Airport at 2:30 pm or at the Space Needle Center at 3pm.

Usually we have 20-40 persons in one group. As what you can check on the tour web page, we will spend a whole day in Universal Studio and part of a day at the Yosemite National Park. The admission to Universal is included in the package. You can check more price details under the Pricing tab.
