For the longer distance travels, the bus will usually stop every 2-3 hours.
When doing your sightseeing in the cities, the bus will frequently stop at different locations to allow you to sightsee by foot.

**If your flight should become delayed or changed for any reason, we will not be held responsible for your airport transfers. If you should arrive after the complimentary airport transfer times indicated, you may also be subject to a late arrival transfer fee or be required to self transfer to the hotel. If you are delayed and arrive after our normal office hours, please contact the emergency number listed on your e-ticket for assistance.**
When you book your reservation online, please note in the comment section of your reservation that you will be self-transferring to the hotel and provide an expected arrival time at the first night’s hotel. The tour guide will attempt to accommodate your arrival and help with the check-in process.

Unfortunately, we do not have any tours that begin in Las Vegas and include an overnight stay in Grand Canyon.
We have one 6 day tour that includes an overnight stay in Grand Canyon; however, it departs Los Angeles.

If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m. If the last day of your itinerary is Sea World, please arrange your flight departing after 11:00pm. We can assist you in reservation of a room at a hotel near LAX. You may request for a free hotel shuttle service to reach LAX the following morning. Pick-up is only offered from most major hotels in Phoenix.
