Q: Hi, I want to ask you if there is a limited number of participants in this tour and if there is a deadline to book? If I will arrive one night earlier than the departure day and have to book an extra night for the group I will be leading (22 people), are we going to have the free airport transfer to the hotel? This is a popular tour and will be running during the countdown.
Please book as soon as possible as seats are limited.
Generally we offer a hotel extension at Comfort Inn JFK, as they offer free shuttle service to and from JFK. At the start of the tour, you will use the hotel shuttle service to meet the tour guide at JFK for a transfer service to the first night's hotel.
We do not suggest the Renaissance or Sheraton extension, as they do not provide free shuttle service to and from JFK.

Unfortunately, this tour does not offer pickup or drop-off service at LAX. The specific pickup locations are listed on the webpage.
The closest pickup location to LAX is:
Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012 6:45am
You can check on a fly away service that will take you from your hotel to downtown LA for transportation services.
