Hi, I'm interested in joining this tour but I'm worried about the snowstorm. What are the chances of it occurring or had this happened in the past?? And would I be obliged to pay your "No show" penalty should my flight get canceled? I would be coming from LA. Thanks!
We are not able to predict weather on the East Coast during the holidays. Although we have had weather conditions that may cause flights to be cancelled, we are not able to guarantee that the tour will be cancelled as well. If the tour can operate as scheduled, regardless of flight conditions, no shows for the tour will be charged 100% of the tour fees, without any refunds.

For 3 guests joining this tour on share room basis, tour price is $1,789.11 after the "Buy 2 get 1 free" promotion.
The bus does have a restroom, but only for emergency use. Tour coaches are arranged to stop every 2 or 3 hours on the way to provide restroom and meal stops for the passengers.
