There are 2 of us who would like to join this tour. Our flight arrive Los Angeles on 1st Jan12. Would you have any tour within the first week of Jan12 for 3 to 4 days with one night stay at Grand Canyon?
Unfortunately, we do not have tours that depart on January 1st for the type of tour you are interested in. However, there is a 3-day and a 4-day tour that has departures close to your requested date.
For this 3 day tour with a stay in West Grand Canyon, the closest departure date to your arrival on the 1st is January 4th. This has a return date of January 6th.
We also offer a 4-day tour that would be close to the dates you are requesting. The tour would begin on January 3rd and the last day would be January 6th.
While the Thousand Island cruise is not in operation (usually from November-March/April), Thousand Islands will be replaced with additional sightseeing opportunities in Niagara Falls.

If you are arriving early, you have the following 2 options to meet your tour group the first day:
1.Meet your tour guide at one of the listed airports between the times available (see below). In addition, please add a note in the comment section of your online reservation that you will not be flying in and provide a pickup time you will meet the tour guide. Also include which airport you will meet the tour guide for the first day.
2.Alternatively, you have the option to self-transfer to the first night’s hotel. You would provide your own transportation to the hotel and meet with the tour guide in the lobby of the hotel. Please note in the comment section of your reservation that you will be self-transferring to the first nights hotel.
If you need a pre-tour hotel extension for the dates you are arriving early, please let us know and we will be happy to help you with all of your touring needs. Thank you.

My husband and I are staying in New York City (Manhattan) area. Do you pick up in this area and how long does it take to get from Manhattan to Niagara Falls? How long would we actually get to spend at the falls?
Please review the following itinerary information regarding this tour:
Pick up times vary during the season, usually in the morning around 9am and the afternoon around 2:30pm, but they do change, so it's best to call and find out what time the tour is going. We pick up at all Niagara Falls NY hotel, if you are not staying in the area then you can go to Howard Johnson's 454 main street, Niagara falls NY 14301. Please call us 48 hours prior to departure to confirm all tour details, including pickup location and time.
Since you are staying in Manhattan, you will need to self-transfer to the following location:
Howard Johnson's 454 main street, Niagara falls NY 14301
Please note: There are 2 segments for this tour. The 1st segment goes on tours on the US side. The 2nd segment goes on tours on the Canadian side. Each Segment takes about 4-5 hours to run. You may take both segments in one day if there is enough time, however; if there is too much traffic on that day, you will have to take each segment on different days. (Especially Holidays).
If you take both segments in one day, you may take the US segment in the morning and the Canadian segment in the early evening (around 6 p.m.).
Since there are 2 segments to this tour, you will spend time at both the American and Canadian sides of the Falls. Each segment will allow you approximately 2-3 hours at the Falls, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
