The bus trip from New York City to Niagara Falls is approximately 6.5 hours.
However, there are rest and bathroom stops every 2-3 hours on the way.

Q: Hi, we plan to travel in the month of september-october.We are 2 couples and plan to book ourselfs on the 'But 2 Get 2' offer. Towards that end our concerns have turned to the size of the rooms in the hotels and the size of the beds. Please advise us if these rooms (forming a part of the present package rate) have 2 king size beds or 1 king size bed? Do we have an option at our expense to occupy a room with 2 king size beds and pay the difference in price, if any? View answers (1) A: |

All rooms used on tour are equipped with 2 standard/full size beds.
At this time, upgrading your beds to king size is not available as part of a package tour.

This tour only offers pickup at LAX.
Since you live in the LA area, you have 2 options for joining this tour:
1. Choose a pickup time at LAX that you will meet your tour guide at the airport. The tour guide will then transfer you to the first night's hotel for the tour.
2. Self-transfer to the first night's hotel. Check-in begins at 3pm. If you would like to self-transfer, please leave a note in the comment section that you will be self-transferring to the first night's hotel. Once we confirm your reservation, we will provide you with the first night's hotel address and contact information.

2012-01-16 10:46:08 Hi Helle:It is not recommended that you leave the tour group; If you are leaving the tour group, you will be leaving at your own risk, we will not be responsible if you fail to rejoin your group.
**Please kindly speak to your bus driver/tour guide regarding this matter. He will be able to provide you better assistance as to where/when to meet the group. (should you do decide to leave the group and do a side-excursion.)
There will be no refunds issued if you leave the tour early.As for your hotels stays, please email us a week before your tours departure to confirm the hotel information.

This tour arrives back in Las Vegas around 8:30 - 9:00 PM.
This tour offers complimentary pickup at your hotel. At the end of this tour, you will be returned to your hotel.

1. The first day is a transfer day from the airport to the hotel.
We provide pick up for free at the airport between 8:30am - 10:30pm
You will be picked up at the airport by the tour guide and you will be taken to the first nights hotel.
2. You will be taken to the airport on the last day of your tour.
There will not be hotel accommodations on the night of the 13th.
If you will like to stay an extra day we can accommodate you with a hotel extension.
