At the end of your tour, you could arrange for a drop-off at the Holiday Inn La Mirada.
We can offer you a hotel extension at that hotel, and the following morning, from the Holiday Inn La Mirada, you can take a taxi service to the pick-up location for the LA->SF Shuttle.
This shuttle service picks up at 10:00am in Monterey Park (Mar's Plaza "Superco", 141 N. Atlantic Blvd Emerson Ave).

Generally you will spend approximately 30 minutes to an hour at Fishermans Wharf.
You will spend 1 hour and a half to 2 hours at the Tanger Outlet Mall.
