Generally rooms with double or more occupancy would be rooms with standard double beds.

The bathrooms on the bus are available; however they are only available for emergency-use only.
The bus does make frequent stops about once every 2-3 hours.

Yes, Tegan, that will be enough time if you are departing a domestic flight.
You will usually arrive at the airport around 6:00-7:00PM; 2 hours should be enough time to check in at the airport.
