HI
I WANT TO MAKE TOUR FROM SAN FRANCISCO TO LAS VEGAS THRUGH YOSEMITE
I HAVE SEEN A 4 DAY TOUR AS AN OPTION. MY QUESTIONS ARE:
THE PRIZE I SEE FOR A SINGLE IS AROUND 393$. IF I FINISH IN LAS VEGAS AND NOT RETURN TO SDAN FRANCISCO IS LESS?
THE VISIT TO YOSEMITE INCLUDES THE MARIPOSA GROVE TO SEE THE SEQUOIAS?
IF MY IDEAL TOUR IIN TWO DAYS SAN FRANCISCO TO YOSEMITE FIRST DAY, MARIPOSA GROVE AND VEGAS ON SECOND DAY, AND OPTIONAL A 3RD DAY IN VEGAS FOR GRAND CANYON, WHAT ARE THE BEST TOURS THAT FITS THAT?
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION
Because this is a travel package, we will not compensate for any missed portion of the tour (including returning to San Francisco)
The Visit to Yosemite will cover mainly the following attractions: Tunnel View, Bridal Veil Falls, El Captain, Merced River, Yosemite Falls, Half Dome.
Unfortunately, most of our packaged tours do not go in-depth with Yosemite.
We are interested in 7 day east coast canada tour 46-345 departing on July 18 2012. What time in the evening do we arrive on July 24th? The drop off point is the same as the pick up point? How are the gratutities paid to the tour guide...directly from us on the bus? or are they added to our payment when reserving as we noticed they are not included in the price as well as the fuel cost of a $1 a day?
Is there an option to split this Deluxe tour in 2 days? I mean, each segment at morning time?
If Canadian side is always in the afternoon, at what time are we back at hotel?
The 2nd segment goes on tours on the Canadian side.
Each Segment can take anywhere between 4-5 hours to run. You may take both segments in one day if there is enough time, however; if there is too much traffic on that day, you will have to take each segment on different days. (Especially Holidays).
**If you take both segments in one day, you may take the US segment in the morning and the Canadian segment in the early evening (around 6 p.m.).
The Comfort Inn Cockatoo is currently $89.00 per room, per night. This hotel offers free shuttle service to and from LAX airport.
When you arrive at LAX, you can take the hotel shuttle to the Comfort Inn Cockatoo.
When you check-out of the hotel, you can use the hotel shuttle service to return to LAX for pickup from your tour guide for the transfer to the first night's hotel for the 8-day West Coast tour you are interested in.
Alternatively, you can choose to stay at the Howard Johnson. However, for early pickup at LAX, there is a $30.00 transfer fee per person.
Thank you for your inquiry.

I would like to join the east coast tour in April but I will have to travel alone; I already saw the rate for a single traveler, can I avoid the supplement rate if I find a travel companion?, is it possible to share the room with a companion, and pay the tour separately without having to pay the supplement rate?
I am more interested in seeing bears and buffalo than the thermal sights. Which tour would give me the most time in Yellowstone and Teton parks? Are all tours through Yellowstone much the same and what are the chances of actually seeing the animals-any time of year better?
thank you
carole
We can’t guarantee you’ll see a bear while traveling through Yellowstone or Grand Teton parks. Following are some information that you may find useful. During spring and mid summer, a few visitors do get lucky and have the opportunity to see a grizzly bear. In early spring (May and June) bears can be viewed just about anywhere in the park. In late summer (Aug.) visitors report seeing grizzly bears at Canyon and Mount Washburn. Black bears are often viewed during the summer near Tower Falls, Old Faithful and at Canyon. Bison are common in Yellowstone park and can be viewed in many locations during most of the year. However, if you visit Yellowstone in August your best chance of viewing them will be at Hayden Valley. Bison travel from all over Yellowstone park in late July to Hayden Valley for their annual mating season.
We also offer tours that stay inside the park for one night which you might be interested: https://www.tours4fun.com/tours-search/keywords/canyon%20lodge/ (schedule not available at this time. Please check back in March). All tours offer a similar itinerary visiting must see areas and we regret that we don't have tours which are focused on wildlife sighting. Thank you for your inquiry.
