Q: hello, what if we want to join the 8-day east coast: US & Canada w/ airport transfers of May 9, and we want to be in NY on May 8 and we also plan to stay behind and only leave for Toronto May 21. can we still avail the airport transfers but on different dates -- May 8 (pick up), May 21 (drop off)? can you already inform us which hotels we will be staying by the time we booked our tour with you so we could book our May 8, 15-20 or do you have this service too? thanks

Hotel accomodation for May 9 (DAY 1) will more than likely be at the Sheraton Newark (Double Tree Newark) or similar , depending on hotel availability . Since you are planning to be in New York a day before we can help you with pre-tour hotel extension as well as post-tour hotel extension once we have confirmed your tour & flight information , in order to coordinate which hotels would be to your convenience .
Additional airport transfer service might not be needed dependent on which airport you arrive and what hotel is convenient , most hotels (such as the Sheraton Newark) offer complimentary airport shuttle.
We advise you make your tour reservation first before booking your flights . After you have booked your flights we can help coordinate what hotels would be the best for your trip.

1) Time spent to see the night illumination view of Niagra Falls is usually around 30mins -1hr but may be longer or shorter depending on that day's itinerary and traffic on the way to Niagra Falls
2) The hotel is located about 20-30 minutes driving distance from Niagra Falls
3) On Day 2 , time spent at Niagra Falls is estimated to be around 5-6 hours
4) On the way back you may stay in DC or Philadelphia but we cannot guarantee that the itinerary will remain the same as I am unaware of your departure date . Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.

The pickup and drop-off location do not have to be the same. You can choose to be picked up in LA and to be dropped off at a Buena Park Hotel (as long as this hotel is on the list). If you choose to do do, please leave a clear note in the "comment"section when you make the reservation for the 3-day tour. Also, we suggest you to communicate with your tour guide to re-confirm while you're on the tour.

We do not offer parking service at our pickup locations. For safety concerns, We do not suggest you to park your car at the pickup location, neither. Normally we recommend guests to arrive at the pickup locations by taking public transportation, getting a ride from a family member/friend, or even taking a taxi etc.. If you absolutely will need to drive to the pickup location, please search online and find a secured overnight parking service nearby.

1) Unfortunately, airport transfer to hotel is only offered on the first day of this tour . Please arrange for your airport transfer service on your own .
2) If you choose to self transfer to the hotel on Day 1 , you will meet your tour guide in the morning of Day 2 for your New York City Tour which has 3 options. All details will be given on your E-ticket. You can also re-confirm the meeting time and location with your tour guide beforehand, information will be provided on your E-ticket after confirmation of your booking.
